It s the only hitting surface that reacts like real grass, sliding forward and giving way just like natural turf does. Turf tray/spring chassis is a single integrated unit and can be removed with security key in seconds. Ball tray functions as weather protection module and features interlocking weather-stripping protecting the FairwayPro hitting unit and turf from extreme weather conditions. Single-sided FairwayPro Divot Simulator System Hitting unit can be reversed for dedicated use by left-handed golfers. Rugged spring chassis features German-made stainless-steel compression springs for smooth forward action and immediate retraction. Because the turf tray slides forward, the turf is subject to much less wear and tear as it does not take the full brunt of the club impact. Premium turf holds a tee, and can easily and inexpensively be replaced.
Tee insert extender takes a standard tee and is anchored in the rear of the protective cover as shown below.
