This request for proposals will encompass the included areas of the building with the furniture sought and delivery dates indicated for each area. The brand of each piece of furniture listed is to be taken as a sample, not the only brand required. The District will accept alternates for each piece, but please write a comment speaking to the reason for the alternate, and if the dimensions of the proposed replacement is different, please specify the reason. The District will evaluate the proposals on a number of items. Quality of product, level of customer service, references, and cost. In regards to customer service, the ability to have a relationship after taking possession of the furniture will also be important. For a few of the pieces, the District would like to be able to either have samples brought to our building, or to have some locations our Administration can travel to see how students interact with these pieces. One example of this would be the tiered seating in the Break Out area. Bids will be due on October 18th by 1:00pm, with the bid opening to begin at 1:15pm in the District Office Conference Room.
