Besides the weekend s festivities, i i we provide speakers or teachers for educational programs, gifts of learning materials to libraries, ries, scholarships for cultural awareness and education programs, and support for community groups. The Kokua Award recognizes community members nominated for their leadership in the community. The Festival is sustained from support from the community through grants and gifts, donations, sponsorships and sales at the event ent of souvenir teeshirts, s, soda and bottled water, and our raffle. Our volunteers include our Board of Directors, the Planning Committee Team, performers rmers on our stages and the hundreds of volunteers helping at the event.
