We offer a variety of fun and exciting party packages ranging from sports, pool and play gym parties to Zumba and dance! The following information will provide what you need to book the perfect party! Party Packages (Up to 10 children including birthday child. Additional children are $8 each/$10 each for dance party) Pool Party - $145 (Please review Pool Rules section) Access to open swim or family swim (parent must accompany child in the pool during family swim) 1 hour in a party room with a party leader (30 minutes before party time to setup and 15 minutes after to clean up) Sports Party - $145 (Available after 2pm) 1 hour in gymnasium with a party leader who will lead activities 1 hour in a party room with a party leader (30 minutes before party time to setup and 15 minutes after to clean up) Play Gym - $145 (Sundays Only) Access to Indoor Play Park with a party leader 1 hour in a party room with a party leader (30 minutes before party time to setup and 15 minutes after to clean up) Dance Party - $165 (Hip Hop, Ballet, Jazz, or Zumba) 1 hour in dance room with a dance instructor 1 hour in party room with a party leader (30 minutes before party time to setup and 15 minutes after to clean up) High School Dance Party $500 (Parents required to be on location at all times) 3 hours in gymnasium (30 minutes before party time to setup and 15 minutes after to clean up) Event supervision via Crowd Management Services
Conestoga Recreation & Aquatic Center Swim Center Pool Use Guidelines General Guidelines Appropriate swimwear is required. All patrons are required to take a head to toe shower before entering the pool. Street clothes and street shoes are not allowed on the pool deck. Persons who are not swimming must observe from the spectator section. No foods, beverages, gum or glass containers allowed in the pool area or locker rooms. No rough housing or fighting in the facility. Please walk in the pool area. Open & Family Swimming at THPRD Swim Centers Unstructured recreational swim for all ages. Open: Children under 10 yrs. must be with an adult. (Children under 7 must be with an adult in the same pool) Family: Children under 18 yrs. must be with their parent in the same pool Children Parents/Guardians must be within arms reach from children under (7), who cannot pass the swim test (Shallow and/or Deep, Floatation Device or not) AND Children must stand at least 43 inches from the chin down before they may swim unattended by an adult in the main pool. Only two non-swimming children per one adult in the main pool. Only three non-swimming children per one adult in the leisure pool. A non-swimming child is one who cannot touch or cannot pass the swim test. For patron safety, a parent or guardian may only take a non-swimming child as deep as the parent or guardian can stand, even if the child is wearing a flotation device. Swim Test In order for a child to go past where they can touch, they need to take the swim test. The swim test for the Main Pool is 25 yards crawl stroke and 25 yards on their back. The swim test for the Leisure Pool is one width crawl stroke and one width backstroke. The swim test may be required each time a swimmer comes to the facility. Jumping and Diving Please face the pool when jumping or diving, no spins, backwards jumps or dives or doing gymnastic stunts off the side of the pool. Diving is allowed in water deeper than 5 ½ feet in the main pool. Jump feet first only in leisure pool. Mats A swimmer must be able to pass the swim test before using the mats in the middle section. Based on number of patrons, the Head Guard may ask the mats be in the middle section of the pool. Keep mats away from the walls and each other. Goggles, masks and fins must be removed before using the mats. Standing or kneeling on the mats is prohibited. No mats in the leisure pool. Equipment and Flotation Devices Outside toys are permitted at the Head Guard s discretion, based on number of patrons. Water wings, properly attached life jackets, and flotation suits (those that are physically attached) are permitted, but only with Parental Supervision and at arms reach. Kickboards are for use during lesson time, lap swim and family swim only. Delta Bells, Aqua Joggers, and Barbells are for class use only. Balls and other equipment are not to be thrown at one another for any reason. Slide Wait at the bottom of the stairs until lifeguard at top says it is O.K. to come up. Riders must be 3 ½ feet from the chin down, pass the swim test, or have a parent catch them. Only one person at a time unless parent is riding down with a small non-swimmer. No goggles on slide. Diving Board A swimmer must be able to pass the swim test before using the diving board. One person on the board at a time, one bounce only, and the fulcrum must stay on #3. Jump or dive from a standing position only. Wait until the person in front of you has reached the wall before going off the board. Go directly off the front of the board, not sideways. Swim arm strokes directly to the side of the pool after going off the board. The deep section is only for using the diving board.

AGREEMENT 1. The security deposit and facility use agreement are due upon reservation confirmation. Balances will be due 30 days prior to event. 2. Request for cancellation of facility use agreement permits must be received in writing to qualify for a refund. Full refunds will be given with 30 days notice. The security deposit will be forfeited with less than 30 days notice. No refunds will be given with less than 48 hours notice of cancellation. Please allow (2) week processing for refunds. 3. Use of facility: If the rental group leaves before designated time, they will forfeit the rental fee paid for the remaining time. If the activity runs over the designated time, additional charges will be assessed. Only facilities requested and restrooms are to be used. 4. Controlled substances and smoking are prohibited in any indoor Park District facilities. Alcoholic beverages may be allowed at some facilities in your designated area only with a pre-approved THPRD Special Use Permit for Alcoholic Beverages. 5. Any damages or losses resulting from the applicant s use of the facility will be deducted from the security deposit or billed to the applicant. The supervisor on duty will determine if the cleaning requirements have been sufficiently met. 6. THPRD reserves the right to monitor the event at any time. 7. The applicant reserving the facility, on his or her behalf and behalf of the using group, does hereby agree as follows: A. To be solely and completely responsible for the condition of the facility and to leave the building and grounds used in a neat and clean condition, without damage, and with all personal affects removed. B. To release, indemnify and hold THPRD, its staff and agents, harmless for any and all losses, costs, claims and damages resulting from the use of THPRD facilities. C. To promptly reimburse the District for all damages. Failure to do so may result in termination of all future rights to use the facilities and prompt legal action. D. Due to unforeseen circumstances, THPRD reserves the right to reschedule/cancel this facility use agreement. 9. How do I reserve a birthday party? BIRTHDAY PARTY FAQ To reserve your birthday party, complete the Facility Use Agreement (pages 4-5) and return to the birthday party coordinator via email at rrussell@thprd.org, fax 503-629-6323 (attn.: Rob Russell), or in person at Conestoga Recreation and Aquatic Center (9985 SW 125 th Ave, Beaverton, OR 97008). Once the Facility Use Agreement is returned, you will be contacted by the Party Coordinator for payment and finalization of your birthday party. Do I have to pay the assessment fee if I reside out of district? At this time, all out of district patrons must pay the assessment fee for all programs, drop-in activities and birthday parties. For more information on the assessment fee, contact staff at Conestoga Recreation and Aquatic Center. Can we bring our own food? Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your own food, or have it delivered, as Conestoga does not provide any food items. (See list below for local restaurants) What activities are offered in the Sports Party Package? Do I have to provide the equipment? The following activities are available for Sports Parties: Soccer, Basketball, Football, Baseball/T- Ball, Scooter Boards, Parachute and Hula Hoops. You do not need to provide any equipment. Conestoga will provide all the sports equipment for your birthday party needs. What does a party leader do? The party leader s role is to make sure that the party is fun and exciting. The party leader will setup equipment and lead the gym activities. Upon request, the party leader will be available to help parents in the party room (serving food, handing out presents, room cleanup, etc). Are there any extras that we can add to our party? YES! We offer an inflatable bounce house as well as access to a popcorn and/or sno-cone machine. Additional staff may be required. (Bounce House $75, Sno-Cone or Popcorn Machine $50) What is the cancelation policy? To cancel your party, submit a written or email request at least 2 weeks prior to your party.
