Welcome It is our great pleasure to provide an introduction to this brochure that briefly outlines both what we are trying to do, and how, in the earnest hope that we might be able to work together in some way in the future. Bangor City Football Club is honestly working to be right at the heart of the Bangor community. If you have ideas or suggestions as to how we can do things better, achieve more or help fund our programmes and activities or improve our community cohesion, we would be delighted to hear from you. We would also be happy to try and answer questions you may have about anything referred to above or in this brochure. Bangor City FC are moving in a very positive direction. Can you move with us? 2

The Club A FAMILY CLUB At Bangor City we pride ourselves on being a family and community orientated Football Club where everyone is made to feel welcome. We ask our fans to be respectful and help us so that anyone coming to Bangor has a positive experience. We support an Inclusion and Anti Discrimination Code of Practice. Our staff and stewards are here to help but will take action if it is felt that language and behaviour are abusive or discriminatory. Throughout the season we have designated games for Show Racism the Red Card and Stonewall Cymru's Rainbow Laces campaigns as well as supporting various events and initiatives aimed at families and communities being more involved with the Citizens. VSM BANGOR STADIUM Protracted negotiations between the club, councils and developers led to Bangor City leaving the much-loved Farrar Road ground in the city centre in late 2011 and moving to a new purpose-built stadium, on the banks of the Menai Straits. Immediately popular due to its excellent playing surface and facilities, the Stadium has become the venue of choice for representative matches in North West Wales. To date, the stadium has staged several UEFA Europa League matches, two Welsh Cup Finals and numerous intermediate international matches featuring the Wales national teams. The Stadium has seated capacity for 1,189 spectators. 3

Matchday Sponsorship Match sponsored by your company or product sign on our fixture board at the main entrance to the ground, visible from the Holyhead Road. Match sponsored by your company or product signs will be fitted next to each turnstile entrance. The signs will also be fitted in the Farrar Suite function room and other selected points around the stadium. Match sponsored by your company or product on the front cover of the match day programme. An article about your sponsorship in the match programme. Article about your sponsorship on club website and Twitter (11,400 followers) and Facebook (7,100 likes). PA announcements mentioning your sponsorship when announcing the teams and also at half time. Sponsorship mentioned on all club tweets during your selected match. An area of the Farrar Suite allocated for an exhibition stand (if required)! Six complimentary match tickets, complimentary match programme s as well as refreshments at half time. Access to one Bangor City Twitter Hour - advertise direct to our 11,400+ followers and beyond! Mascot Packages This is a fantastic opportunity for every young Citizen fan to fulfil the dream of walking out on the pitch on a Matchday. Player Sponsorship Sponsoring a first team player or member of the management or coaching staff is a great opportunity for you or your company to be associated with your favourite player. As a player sponsor you will receive the following: Sponsored by: Your name and/or business name on the player profile page in every home Matchday programme throughout the season. Your name and/or business name will feature on your chosen player profile on the Bangor City FC website for the season with a click through to your company website. Your sponsored kit, signed and sent to you at the end of the season. Meet and have your photo taken with your chosen player. Twitter and Facebook mentions if your player is selected as Man of the Match or scores a goal. Sponsor announced over the tannoy when your player come on, is substituted or scores a goal. A personalised letter of thanks from your sponsored player. 8

Stadium Advertising Pitchside Boards A pitchside board is a great way to get national and local coverage for your company through exposure to all fans as well as companies and decision makers. In addition, your board can be seen on national and local TV coverage through Welsh Premier League Live games and highlights as well as through Welsh U21and Youth international matches. Stadium Branding There are other sponsorship opportunities available to your company including Stand and Stadium Naming Rights, For more details on any of these promotional possibilities, please contact us to discuss. Wall Banners Have an end named after your company We have a huge sponsorship opportunity for large exposure. Behind each goal we have a 7 foot wall which runs the entire width of the stadium. Why not have the entire width all to yourself. We could call it the your company end. Kit Sponsorship Your company logo and branding on the players kit will help your business name to be recognised across the area with players and fans alike wearing the kit. Pictures of the players wearing your logo on Matchday reports in the local and national press. 9

Programme Advertising The Citizen award-winning Matchday programme, professionally produced, featuring matchday news, first glance at From the Boardroom and other exclusive information. Views on the day s opposition and past performances from the Manager and Captain and exclusive interviews with first-team players makes the programme a collectable item for fans to keep hold of. The matchday programmes are an integral part of every fans experience and is an ideal platform for businesses looking to reach the local community to promote their services and enhance their branding in the area. Advertising in all Welsh Premier League home game programmes is a cost effective vehicle for all manner of companies to raise their profile and be associated with Bangor City FC. The programme is distributed throughout the Stadium and is available in the club shop. Scoreboard The electronic scoreboard and time clock, situated on the half way line is frequently viewed throughout any game. This enables company logos to be viewed by crowds on every matchday. Team-sheet The Matchday team-sheet is distributed to guests prior to kick-off as well as being posted on the official Twitter feed to (over 11,400 followers). With limited advertising spaces, your advert is sure to be notice. 10

Fundraising Events Throughout the season, Bangor City FC will have a number of events to raise money for the Club. Sportsman's Dinner Invite your clients, colleagues or friends to an entertaining, black tie evening with a three course meal, comedian and sports personality regaling stories from their time as a footballer. Golf Day A fantastic opportunity to get a team of four together to play against other teams in the annual BCFC Golf Day. With 18 holes of golf to play, your team can take the competition seriously or use the afternoon to play with friends or colleagues. The day finishes with a three-course meal, and of course, prize giving. Community Cup Get your own football team together at the end of the season and play in the Community Cup on the main pitch at the VSM Bangor Stadium. Fans Fun Day (Pre-season) This is a great opportunity for Bangor City FC Fans to get up close and personal with the first team players and management staff. We will have an open training session to give you the opportunity see what the players are put through on a daily basis. Meet new signings, have pictures taken and get your favourite players signatures in an autograph session. This will also include an 11-a-side match where we celebrate the clubs history with an Ex Bangor City FC XI vs The day will also include inflatables, music, activities, food & drink available throughout the day. 11

Host your own Event The amount of extra effort the staff went to just to make our party go off without a hitch was superb. They kept us calm when things got stressful and went the extra mile for us!
