MONLAU REPSOL TECHNICAL SCHOOL Emilio Alzamora CEO of Monlau Repsol Technical School Iban Ventura Managing Director of the Monlau Group Jaime Serrano Managing Director of Monlau Repsol Technical School Monlau Repsol Technical School, led by former 125cc World Champion Emilio Alzamora and directed by Jaime Serrano, was born in 1998 covered by the support of Monlau school group with over 25 years of experience in the field of teaching. We are the pioneer school in Spain of motorsport technical training. Currently, we have about 300 students in our classrooms divided between technical mechanics courses of racing cars and motorbikes as well as the Motorsport Engineering Master. After more than 20 years of experience teaching cars and motorbikes racing techniques, from Monlau Repsol Technical School we launched in 2010 the first Motorsport Engineering Master with a brilliant staff of active professors in the most important international FIA and FIM championships, all of them specialized in the different Master modules. Thus, Monlau Repsol Technical School is positioned as the leading training school for car and motorcycle competition race technicians and engineers in our teaching pyramid encompassing all motorsport players. Every race season we are excited to meet with students who we saw for the first time in our classrooms, as genuine motorsport mechanics and engineers in the paddocks of the circuits of the numerous race car and race motorbikes championships. No other feeling can beat this satisfaction that we have as a teaching center.

A real circuit is the setting for the first introductory practices. Practices serve to check the working dynamics of a racing team during a test and know the tasks performed by the engineering with different vehicles and the pilot management. After carefully checked all data from different frames, students can listen to to the pilots and their feelings to facing the optimization settings used. Apart from the introductory practices, each student makes more practices participating as a crew member in the motorsport department structures of Monlau Repsol Technical School.
