RFP for Core PCO Services EUROSPINE Meetings 2017 2020 EUROSPINE wants to focus on strategic goals and concentrate on improving its meetings in every aspect and therefore seeks the help of a CorePCO, to start with for a three years collaboration. Invited are agencies that fulfil the following requirements: ICCA and IAPCO Member The company profile (executive management and total staff) must include 34 senior project managers. Main organizers of international association conferences of > 2500 registered participants and > 5000 sqm (gross) Exhibition space managed List and references of the past five years to be included Fulfil the working standards that grant ISO Certification for the meetings Full comprehensive conference service according to international PCO standards must be provided; special interest will be given to: Good knowledge of international association management Experience in the collaboration with MedTech industry Firmly installed association and convention partners within Europe Expertise in financial control of international meetings including European taxation and VAT handling Tender: EUROSPINE is organising several events per year. The tendering should however be based solely on the two meetings described below.

Meeting Venues: The EUROSPINE General Assembly selects venues for future meetings based on the requirements related to the facilities. Data from past meetings shows that EUROSPINE now has approximately 2,500 participants, a total attendance (incl. accompanying persons and from exhibiting industry) around 4,000 persons, a 7,000 sqm exhibition space requirement and several satellite events. EUROSPINE 2017 (fall meeting) will take place in CC Dublin Future venues still need to be confirmed!
