We would like to take this opportunity to tell you about the most exciting Cheer and Dance Championships in the nation. Our goal at Spirit Sports is to produce the TOTAL experience in cheer and dance competitions at a price that will be affordable to everyone. We are going out of the way to ensure that these Championships will be redefining how cheerleading competitions are held. Affordable: One of the lowest registration fees in the country, at $80/participant for early bird registration and $90 for regular registration for our National Events, and $40 for all our one day championships, and $20 for all our regionals with two coaches free with each team. This includes two guaranteed days of competition for nationals and one action packed day for our Classics and regionals. NO required hotel stay, so you can make your own reservations with any of the hotels in that area. We have a lodging company available for your use, but you certainly can make your own reservations. 2. Location: Spirit Sports goes to great lengths to research the locations that we place major competitions. Spirit Sports will insure that there are plenty of hotel accommodations and other activities for the family to take part in before we will locate a competition to a particular area. 3. Always On Time: Spirit Sports events are well known for running smoothly and on time, making the most of your time and making it possible for you to enjoy your stay in the great locations that we use for our championship events. 4. Facilities: Spirit Sports will NOT settle for second rate facilities. Our championships are held in the most modern up-to-date facilities in the country. The Duel in the Desert is being held in the beautiful Palm Springs Convention Center, located in the famous town of Palm Springs, CA. The Battle At The Beach is being held in the newly renovated Myrtle Beach Convention Center just blocks from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The Sunshine Shootout, is being held in the spectacular Orange County Convention Center on International Drive in Orlando, Florida. The newest addition to our national championship series is the Northeast Knockout which is being held in the DCU Center in Worcester, Massachusetts. All of our One Day Championships are being held in fabulous Convention facilities around the country. You can rest assured that when you attend a Spirit Sports event that you are attending a first class show in a first class location. All of that coupled with Spirit Sports adopting the new USASF guidelines will guarantee that Spirit Sports will be the best experience that you and your squad have ever had. Also, with the move to exciting Palm Springs, California, the Duel in the Desert will be the event where Spirit Sports will be awarding two FULLY PAID Bids along with six at-large bids to the Cheerleading World Championships in Orlando, Florida. The Varsity Family Plan was introduced on a limited basis last spring, and we are pleased to announce that well over one hundred gyms participated in the program during the 2006-2007 competitive season. The Family Plan distributed over four hundred thousand dollars in rebates to participating programs, making it the largest and most lucrative rebate program offered to the All Star industry. We look forward to exponentially increasing participation for the 2007-2008 competitive season. The following information will help you understand the program and guide you through the tools to participate. Program Description: The Varsity Family Plan for All Stars is a program that allows your gym to benefit through a unique revenue sharing formula directly tied to your participation in Varsity events. This program has been developed because we understand and appreciate the challenges you face each year in conducting an outstanding operation. We want you to be successful and we want to help contribute to that success! The Varsity Family Plan for All Stars creates an additional revenue stream for you and your gym without you incurring any additional expense. Here s how it works: 1. Elect to attend any of the more than 200 competitions conducted by Athletic Championships, ACA, NCA/NDA, UCA/UDA, WSF, American Championships, Spirit Sports and USA. 2. Once you reach a certain level of spending (see chart below), you will automatically qualify for a rebate. You may accumulate rebate dollars as you attend various events throughout the competitive season. As you reach certain spending thresholds your rebate percentage increases dramatically. On certain events where hotels, transportation, theme park tickets, etc. may be included in the price, you will be credited for the amount of the actual registration fee. 5. In order to qualify for the 2007-2008 Varsity Family Plan, you must participate in four (4) events conducted by a minimum of three different Varsity brands and two (2) or more of your teams must attend a specific event to receive credit for that event. 6. This program does not require your exclusive commitment to our brands (although we welcome it)! You may obviously participate in events conducted by other companies, but only those that are conducted by a Varsity brand will provide credit toward this program. 7.
