Safety Induction Procedures for new staff and students SHIP 2008 Submission All new staff and students For students/personnel ts/pe so e below 21 * Required to fill up Facility Access Exclusion of liability and Indemnity Form * * 1) Lab Supervisor or PI to guide and inform staff/student regarding the safe practices of the lab using the Personnel Safety Checklist Form 2) New staff/student to perform Lab bsafety Assessment on NUS IVLE. Contact Rachel (surtsm@nus.edu.sg) on details for IVLE access. 3) Undergo OSHE Structured Safety Training System. For staff, register for the relevant courses with OHR or through the Training option in mynus staff Portal.
