1. Event: MSC ROTTENEGG organises the FUCHS SILCOLENE Hill Climb Road Race Landshaag St. Martin from April 18 th to 19 th 2015, an event counting for the Austrian Motorbike Hill Climb Championship 2015 and OSK Pokal for Vintage Sportmotorcycle 2015 of the OSK/OEAMTC (shortly named OSK afterwards) and the European Championship Hill Climb Road Races 2015 of the FIM Europe (shortly named ECh afterwards). Eligible Riders: ECh: Riders must be in possession of a valid FIM Europe Road Race licence (annual or one event), or from another CONU and/a licence from his National Federation (FMN) together with a written starting permission of their FMN. OSK: Competitors and riders holding a national or international Road Racing licence of the OSK or a national Road Racing licence of a member federation of the FIM EUROPE with a written starting permission of their FMN. 2. Racetrack: The Racetrack with FIM EUROPE-licence is the road from Landshaag to St. Martin/Mühlkreis with a distance of 3,620 m. The road is closed for public traffic during the official practices and races. 4. 7. Entry, Entry Fee: The entry has to be done on the official entry form, enclosed to the supplementary regulations. For the ECh classes, the additional FIM Europe entry form must be signed and a sarting permission of the appropriate FMN must be enclosed.. 1 st Closing 30/03/2015 (mandatory for ECh participants!) 2 nd closing 04/04/2015 Foreign riders have to hold an appropriate licence, a starting permission and an accident insurance in accordance with the sporting code of the FIM EUROPE. At the same time the entry fee of 100,- ( 125,- for entries after the 1 st entry deadline) for each class has to be transferred by the enclosed payment form. The entry fee will be paid back only in case of a cancellation of the event. The organizer will inform all competitors after the closing of the entries about the acceptance of their entries. Each motorcycle can be entered only once and has to start in its category and its class according to its engine capacity. Each competitor is only allowed to start once per class/competition and is also only allowed to attend the event in maximum two classes. According to the regulations of the Austrian Hill Climb Championship the organizer must combine the appropriate classes. Are in one of the classes less than five drivers to start for the first heat of the event, the classes SST600 and SSP / SST1000 and SBK must be combined. Are in these combined classes or in the class Supermoto less than 5 drivers to start, no points will be awarded for this event. Exception: In the class Supermoto and RACER Supermoto Cup it s allowed to ride with the same motorcycle in these two classes. A set of 3 starting numbers will be provided by the organizer. The starting numbers have to be fixed at the predetermined positions in front, left and right due to the decision of the technical stewards. Otherwise the competitor is not allowed to participate in the races or practices. 8. Administrative Check s: The administrative check s take place at the paddock. Friday, 17/04/2015 01:30 06:00 pm Saturday, 18/04/2015 08:00 10:45 am The competitors and riders receive there possibly published bulletins, control slip and program after having presented their licences. Furthermore the riders receive a riders information, which replaces the riders briefing. The receipt of the rider's information has to be signed.

9. Scrutineering: Scrutineering takes place at the paddock Friday, 17/04/2015 01:30 06:00 pm Saturday 18/04/2015 08:00 am 10:45 am Every rider has to be present at the scrutineering. He is responsible to be present in time. The following items have to be submitted to the technical scrutineers: 1. vehicle documents 2. control slip 3. helmet The helmet has to be put on and closed in front of the stewards. If the helmet does not fit, is damaged or not approved, it will be immediately confiscated and returned after the event. Approved helmets will be marked. After the scrutineering the vehicles will be marked, the control slip will be kept by the steward. No rider and no motorcycle is allowed on the racetrack without having passed the scrutineering. 10. Practices: Riding on the racetrack outside the specific practice times with race motorcycles is strictly forbidden. Scheduled practices with time keeping: Saturday, 18/04/2015, 00:30-05.00 pm Sunday, 19/04/2015, 09.00-11.00 am Only motorcycles having passed the scrutineering with properly fitted starting numbers are permitted to the practice. ECh: Each rider has to participate in at least two timed practice sessions. Every rider has to complete successfully 2 practice sessions with engine power. Double starters have to complete 2 practice sessions in one class and 1 in the other class successfully. If these are requirements not fulfilled, the Clerk of the Course decides together with the Jury about the permission to race. The motorcycles will also be checked due to roadworthiness and damages caused at the practices after the sessions. The first practice session for the Supermoto Cup begins with an individual start. The second and third session will be started in groups of three riders. The starting order follows a fixed scheme, depending on the results of the previous practice session. 11. Race: The start of the race will be on Sunday, 19/04/2015, 00:30 pm 12. Start: The start will take place with the engine running. The start line is marked with a white line on the road. Individual starts will be carried out in time intervals of 20 seconds. Supermoto Cup: Starts are always given for groups of three riders. The starting order for the 1 st race follows a fixed scheme, depending on the results of the practices. The second starting order is determined by the results of the first race. The results are assessed by achieved race times. The start signal will be given by light or flag, the exact starting time will be stated by a light barrier activated by the fastest starter. Time interval between the starter groups are at least 30 seconds.

13. Change of Riders: Changing the rider between the practices + heats is not allowed. If a competitor wants to change an entered rider, the clerk of the course has to be informed in written form two hours before the start of the race. Replacing riders must have met the practice conditions. Sidecar bikes must be ridden by two persons. 14. Driving Discipline: If a rider will be overtaken be another rider, this rider must allow the following rider(s) to pass him at the earliest opportunity to avoid any hindering. Violation of this rule results in a disqualification of the results in the practices or races where this takes place. It is strictly forbidden to ride in the opposite direction of the race, except the clerk of the course definitely demands it. Violators will be immediately excluded from the event, subject to further penalties by the Jury. 15. Announcement of the results: The results will be posted at the end of the practices and after the finish of each race session in the paddock at the official notice board. 16. Ranking: The races for the classes of the Austrian Hill Climb Championship and the European Championship Hill Climb Road Races will be held in two sessions. The sum of the two resulting times will be taken into account for the event ranking. In case of a tie the better average placements or if the tie still remains, the position of the last result will be taken into account The ranking for the European Championship Hill Climbing Road Races 2015 follows the regulations of the FIM EUROPE. The ranking for the Austrian Motorbike Hill Climb Championship 2015 and the OSK Pokal for Vintage Sportmotorcycle follows the regulations of the OSK, for each heat separately. 17. Flag signals: During race and practice the following flags may be shown. The instructions must be strictly followed. red flag: yellow flag waved: yellow flag double waved: yellow flag with red stripes: white flag: green flag: blue flag waved: black and white chequered flag: The race is stopped riders must immediately stop and wait for an order of the clerk of the course hazardous condition - slow-moving motorcycle hazard of a serious nature on track; no passing allowed rider must be aware to stop oil or dirt on the surface of the track service vehicle on track track free rider is about to be overtaken and should take care to permit the following rider a safe passing end of practices or race

18. Prices: In each class the following prizes (trophies) will be awarded: In each classes the first 3 riders get a trophy. For the fastest time of the day there is also a prize awarded. Donated prizes will be awarded as designated. If a rider realizes a new track record, he will get a price money for 1.000,00. (track record from 2011 01.12,049 min.). The accumulated price money will be paid at the end of the event. 19. Award Ceremony: Place: Wirt in Pesenbach, Pesenbachstrasse 32, 4101 Feldkirchen/D. Time: Around 2 hours after finish the race 20. Protests: Every protest has to be presented to the clerk of the Course of the secretary event according to the rules of the FIM EUROPE or OSK. The protest fee is 130, - (ECh according the FIM EUROPE Disciplinary and Arbitration Code) or 250, - (OSK event). 21. Fuel: Only unleaded fuel commercially available at gas stations in accordance with Annex 01, technical regulations of the FIM is allowed. 22. Insurance: By signing the entry approves the riders FMN, that the rider is insured according to the rules of FIM EUROPE/FMN. The Organizer has taken a liability insurance (vide: OSK handbook current version). Insurance covering: 10.000.000,-, (within this amount financial losses up to 20.000,--). Austrian competitors: Insurance sums: 20.000,-- payable at death, 25.000,-- at permanent disability respectively 18.000,-- rehabilitation costs. Furthermore there is included a repatriation insurance up to 10.000,--. Foreign riders have to be insured by their federations, at least to the amounts given in the sporting code of the FIM Europe. The organizer also signed an insurance for foreign riders, passengers, officials and media staff with official accreditation. Coverings: 15.000,-- in case of death, 15.000,-- for permanent disability and 10.000,-- for rehabilitation costs. The organizer declines any liability for damage to a motorcycle, its components or other equipment caused by accident, fire or other causes.

23. Advertising: The advertising conc. result gained in this event may be published in accordance with international and national sporting codes. In the race area (Paddock and Track) it is forbidden to fix commercials or distribute flyers without permission by the organiser. Only team vehicles or tents may be used for this purpose. 24. Disclaimer: Competitors and riders agree with the disclaimer by signing the entry form. The organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the race and to enact further regulations for the race approved by FIM Europe and OSK. Any changes of these Supplementary Regulations and/or Time Schedule must be approved by the Jury/Sporting Stewards and will be officially announced. The organizer will be relieved from his obligations by force majeure. (Exception see art. 7) 25. Insurance clause: "Not covered by normal insurance clauses."
