Reservation Policy Before you send us an email we are confident that you agreed to our terms and condition stated below. Reservations are to be made by email to reservations@anilaocritter.com please indicate travel dates, arrival and departure, package type, number of divers or non divers and room type single, double, etc. Please include also first and last name of all guests including nationality. Anilao Critters and Resort requires initial 30% deposit from the total summary expenditures to hold your place and to be sent within 7 days from the date of invoice using bank transfer to avoid large surcharged. Remaining balance should be settled 30 days prior to the arrival date to secure bookings; an invoice will automatically be sent on or before the 30 days given grace period. Any bookings made less than 45 days before arrival must be paid 50% or full within 7 days from the invoice date. If deposit is not received within 7 days all tentative bookings including boat arrangement will be subjected for re-sale. We will assume that you have changed your mind and will cancel automatically your arrangements made in your behalf. Cancellation Policy Due to any reason of unlikely event, should you be required to cancel your booking? A cancellation within 45 days prior to the date of arrival all monies received for the booking will be forfeited. Any cancellation 90 days or more deposit shall be refunded minus 50 % cancellation fee plus bank charges. Group cancellation policy 5 or more divers within 60 days or less all monies received for the booking will be forfeited. Any cancellation from 120 days or more deposit shall be return minus administration fee. Anilao Critters and Resort Accepts Cash - Preferably cash currencies: PH Pesos, Euros or USD in diving and resort accommodation. We accept all major currencies. Credit cards - Anilao Resorts accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB ( +6 transaction charge applies Bank Deposit- PH Pesos or USD Dollar Savings account. PayPal - 4.5% transaction charge applies. Please note: The Anilao exchange rate is not very good. It is best to get pesos in advance if possible.
