Entries deadlines: Provisional entries: 17.12.2017 Final entries: 16.01.2018 Liability: All athletes, officials and members of National Ski Associations, who attend and participate in the event, shall do so at their own risk. Upon starting every competitor confirms that he/she acknowledges the race course and safety precautions as adequate and sufficient. Above all the Organizing committee, Bansko resort, the FIS, Bulgarian Ski Federation, race staff, sponsor and suppliers, their agents, employees and volunteers shall not be responsible for any losses or injuries incurred or suffered by any athlete, official or other person in conjunction with the organizing or staging of the event. Insurance: Each individual NSA is responsible for providing sufficient insurance for its participants athletes and officials (ICR art. 204.2, 212.4, 212.5). The Organizing Committee, Bansko resort, the FIS and Bulgarian Ski Federation decline any responsibility for accidents, damages or lost equipment during the training or racing days, nor are they liable to third party claims. Participation fee: According to the FIS WC Rules (art. 5.9) a mandatory Participation Fee of CHF 30 (or equivalent in EUR or BGN) per each competitor has to be paid to the organizing committee as follows: SBX official training and competition days PAR competition days The payment (in cash or by credit card) has to be done in the race office before the event.

Registration / Accreditation Registration and accreditation will take place daily starting on Tuesday 23 rd January at the Race Office at Hotel Strazhite, 7, Glazne Str, 2770 Bansko. The teams will be accommodated at 4**** hotels meeting the official FIS requirements on a Half board basis (breakfast and dinner) at the FIS rates: 80 CHF per person per day (athletes and officials - WC Rules art.5.2) 110 CHF per person per day (additional officials and service personnel - WC Rules art. 5.3, 5.4).
