FORMAT: 11-12 year ld swimmers will swim prelim/finals in all individual events except the 400 IM and the 500 free which will be swum as timed finals. The tp 16 swimmers in the 11-12 age grup frm prelims will cme back t cmpete in finals, except fr the 200 fly, 200 back, and 200 breast where nly the tp 8 swimmers will cmpete in finals. 9-10 year ld swimmers will swim prelim/finals in all individual events except the 500 free. The tp 8 swimmers in each event will cme back t cmpete in finals. Ready Rm: A Ready Rm will be used at this Champinship prir t each A final heat. Each Swimmer in the A Final (Final heat) must reprt t the Ready Rm 10 minutes preceding the event and participate in the A Final parade. A Final swimmers will be presented with music and their names will be annunced prir t the start f the race. Final heats will reprt directly t their assigned lane. Teams submit entries via e-mail. N Time (NT) entries will be accepted. Swimmers may enter a maximum f 8 individual events fr the meet, n mre than 3 per day and 1 relay event per day. Psitive check-in rsters will be lcated at the Recrder s desk. SWIMMERS FAILING TO POSITIVELY CHECK-IN WILL NOT E ALLOWED TO SWIM THE EVENT. A swimmer wh psitively checks-in and declares their intent t swim fr a distance event and des nt shw up t cmpete will nt be able t swim his/her next event. PENALTIES: Penalties fr entries using fraudulent and/r nn-verifiable entry times: Swimmer shall be marked as exhibitin fr the event entered illegally and the event shall be re-scred and awarded. Club may be fined $100 fr each ffense, and a recrd f such ffenses shall be kept and published as part f the fficial meet results. Clubs entering swimmers nt legally registered with USA Swimming befre the first day f the meet may be fined $100 per swimmer in each event s entered. If the swimmer is representing a club in cmpetitin, the fine will be levied n the Club. If the swimmer is unattached, the fine will be levied n the swimmer. RULES: The current USA Swimming Rules and Regulatins will apply. OFFICIALS: Any swimmer entered in the meet must be certified by a USAS member cach as being prficient in perfrming a racing start r must start each race frm within the water. When unaccmpanied by a member cach, it is the respnsibility f the swimmer s legal guardian t ensure cmpliance with this requirement.
