GWOBRAU ARBENNIG / SPECIAL PRIZES SP1. A RWAS award will be presented to the exhibitor gaining the highest number of points in classes 1-58 excluding Novice Classes. SP2. A RWAS Gold Medal Certificate will be awarded to the exhibitor with the highest number of points in the Home Made Wine Classes. SP3. The Mr & Mrs David Spencer Challenge Trophy will be awarded to the exhibitor gaining the highest number of points in the Junior classes - Produce section. SP4. A RWAS Gold Medal Certificate will be awarded to the exhibitor gaining the highest number of points in the Novice classes. 6

Bydd yr arddangoswr yn gyfrifol am unrhyw arddangosiad fydd yno ar ôl 7.00 ar noson olaf y Sioe. 6. Mae hawl gan arddangoswyr i gynnig un ymgais yn unig ym mhob dosbarth. 7. Bydd yr ymgeiswyr sydd a thâl ymgeisio o isafswm o 15.00 yn derbyn tocyn mynediad undydd i'r Sioe. Ni ganiateir ar unrhyw amod gwneud y tâl i fyny i 15.00 drwy rodd. Bydd yr adran ar gau ar gyfer beirniadu rhwng 8.00y.b. a 12.30y.p ar y diwrnod cyntaf. 10. Rhaid i bob arddangosiad fod yn waith yr arddangoswr. 11. Bydd bwydydd sydd wedi dirywio yn cael eu rhoi heibio gan y stiwardiaid. Ni chaniateir cynnwys hufen ffres mewn unrhyw geisiadau cynnyrch. 12. Rhaid i'r arddangoswyr gwblhau eu cardiau arddangos rhifol a'u clymu i'w harddangosiadau cyn dod a hwy i'r Sioe. 13. Bydd gwybodaeth o ffurflenni cais yn cael ei storio ar gyfrifiadur ac fe all enw, cyfeiriad a manylion ceisiadau gael eu cyhoeddi yn y Catalog, oni bai y dywedir fel arall; fe all gwybodaeth ynghylch canlyniadau gael ei chyhoeddi hefyd a'i/neu'i darparu i'r wasg a i'w chyhoeddi. Fe all gwybodaeth ynghylch arddangoswyr gael ei hanfon ymlaen hefyd i unrhyw awdurdod rheoleiddio neu Safonau Masnach. Mae gwneud cais yn ganiatâd di-alw'n-ôl i storio a datgelu gwybodaeth fel hyn. 14. Dylid ysgrifennu manylion am unrhyw wrthdystiad ar bapur a'i roddi i'r Prif Stiward o fewn dwy awr i'r beirniadu ynghyd â blaendâl o 25 a gaiff ei ad-dalu os cytunir a'r gwrthdystiad. 15. Caiff y gwobrau eu dyfarnu neu eu hatal, gan y beirniaid a hwythau hefyd fydd a'r dyfarniad terfynol. Bydd gwobrau ariannol, os yn bosibl, yn cael eu talu ymhen wyth wythnos gweithiol o'r Sioe (heblaw mewn achosion o brotest). 16. Cwpanau a Thlysau Her NODWCH OS GWELWCH YN DDA:- Bydd y Cwpanau a'r Tlysau Her yn cael eu cadw'n barhaol mewn Ystafell Dlysau bwrpasol a leolir yn Neuadd Clwyd Morgannwg. Bydd enillydd pob Cwpan a Thlws Her yn derbyn Memento CAFC Swyddogol fel rhywbeth bach i gofio, bydd eu henw'n cael ei engrafu ar y Cwpanau a'r Tlysau Her hefyd. 17. Nodwch ar yr amlen yn cynnwys eich ffurflen gais "CYNNYRCH" neu CYNNYRCH a GWAITH LLAW os gwelwch yn dda. 18. Ni ddychwelir yr un arddangosyn i'r arddangoswr heb "Amlen Arddangoswr Gwyn". 19. Caiff arddangoswyr ddefnyddio platiau tsieina ar yr amod nad oes modd eu hadnabod. 7

RULES & REGULATIONS 1. Entries must be made on the official entry form and reach Mrs Bethan Davies no later than 16 May 2016 accompanied by the correct entry fee. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. 2. Exhibits must be staged between 2.00p.m. and 6.45p.m. on Sunday 17 July or between 7.00a.m. and 8.00a.m. on Monday 18 July. These times will be confirmed in your letter to exhibitors, which must be checked prior to your arrival. 3. No responsibility will be accepted by the Society for loss or damage to exhibits or any part thereof, during the Show. The Society will not be responsible for the loss of any item in transit to, or from the Show. 4. All exhibits must remain on display for the four days of the Show and must be collected between 5.30p.m. and 7.00p.m. (ON FOOT ONLY) on Thursday 21 July. Access will be allowed for exhibitors issued with a SGEH Competitive Section Service Car Park Pass (Red) AFTER 7.00PM ONLY (SUBJECT TO THE DEPARTURE OF LIVESTOCK VEHICLES). Any exhibit left in the Hall after 7.00p.m. on the last evening will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. 5. Exhibitors are entitled to enter one entry only per class. 6. Exhibitors whose entrance fees exceed 15.00 will receive a one day ticket for admission to the Show. Making up the entrance fee to 15.00 by donation is strictly not allowed. All entry fees are inclusive of VAT. Exhibits not brought forward for judging will be monitored and exhibitors maybe asked to return their admission ticket if they do not submit their entries. 7. If it is your intention to deliver your goods on the Monday morning an admission ticket will not be issued. You will have to pay to enter the Showground. 8. The section will be closed for judging between 8.00a.m. and 12.30p.m. on the first day. 9. All exhibits must have been made by the exhibitor. 10. Badly deteriorated food will be discarded at the discretion of the stewards concerned. 11. Exhibitors must firmly attach their exhibitor number cards or labels to all exhibits before bringing them to the Show (attach the cards to the underside of the exhibit not the cling film covering) 12. Information from entry forms will be stored on computer and the name, address and details of entries may be published in the Catalogue, unless otherwise advised; information about results may also be published and/or provided to the press for publication. Information about exhibitors may also be passed to any regulatory authority or Trading Standards. The making of an entry is irrevocable consent for the storage and disclosure of information in this way. 13. Protests. Any protest must be made in writing and handed in to the Chief Sectional Steward within two hours of completion of judging, together with a deposit of 25.00 which will be returned if the protest is upheld 14. Prizes will be awarded or withheld at the discretion of the judges whose decision is final. Prize money will be paid via BACS within an eight week period after the Show (except in cases of protest). 15. Gwin Cartref / Homemade Wine 4 The official label should be the only one used and it should be placed one inch from the bottom of the bottle. 5 Labels should be completed as follows: Enter class number. State name and date of wine under class description. Name and address should be in block letters followed by the exhibitor s number. The blue slip should then be placed over the name and address. This will be removed by the steward after judging. 6 Wines and Spirits should be exhibited using flanged stoppers with white tops. 7 Wines and spirits must be exhibited in wine bottles made of clear, or only slightly-tinted glass, without distinguishing or commercial marks. Strongly-tinted glass bottles may be penalised. 8 Class 80 Please ensure you NAME and state whether DRY, MEDIUM or SWEET on each individual bottle. 9

WOMEN S INSTITUTE CLASS RULES 1. Judges may penalise any entry if the base exceeds the measurements and if any items are staged outside the base. 2. No trade bottles to be used. 3. Food and craft items must be removable for judging. 4. Food items should only include items suitable for judging cold. 5. Craft items should not have been entered at a previous Rose Bowl Competition. 6. Judging will be in accordance with the current NFWI Home Economics Handbook On with the Show 2015 Edition. 7. Exhibit wording may be in either Welsh or English or any combination of the two. Bilingual marking sheets will be available. Competitors can request bilingual comments but this must be done in advance. 8. The judges decision is final. Any protest must be made in writing, signed and handed to the Senior Steward within two hours of the judging together with a deposit of 25 which will be returned if the protest is upheld. 9. No responsibility will be accepted by the Society for loss of or damage done to exhibits or any part thereof, during or after the exhibition nor will the Society be responsible for the loss of any item in transit to, from, or in the Showground. 10. No more than three members will be allowed to stage at any one time. 11. Competitors will be provided with a side table during the setting up period. NOTE Competitors are asked to return to the Rose Bowl Competition area at around 12 noon to check the restaging of the judged items. Competitors must be identifiable. Judges will be available from 2.30pm to discuss the adjudication with competitors. Displays can be set up between 2.30pm and 6.45pm on Sunday or between 7am and 7.45am on the Monday of the Show. The displays must be cleared between 5.30pm and 6.30pm on the final day of the Show. 14
