Picnics Party Deck The Mission Foods Party Deck is perfect for groups of 15 to 250. The deck is located along the 3rd base foul line and offers a great view of the playing field. There is room to sit or stand while enjoying the game on the Party Deck. The Party Deck buffet includes: All-you-can-eat: Grilled Hamburgers, Grilled All Beef Hot Dogs, Sides and Fixins, Soft Drinks, Tea, and Water Prices: $30 for Adults $23 for Kids (ages 3-12) Picnic Pavilion The Picnic Pavilion is great for groups of 15 or as large as 1,000! The pavilion is located along the concourse for easy access and features a larger covered area with plenty of picnic table seating. We offer two picnic pavilion buffets as well as a Pre-Game sitting (starts when the gates open until the first pitch of the game) and an In-Game sitting (starts with the first pitch of the game and lasts until the end of the 3rd inning). How to Book We make planning a group event at Knights Stadium very easy: Determine the game date you wish to attend. Select from one of the many great hospitality areas to accommodate your group. Estimate the number of attendees in your group (both children & adults). Contact a Charlotte Knights Ticket Representative to reserve your date and location at (704) 357-8071 ext. 2106 or email hospitality@charlotteknights.com. An initial payment of 10% ($100 minimum) is required when making group reservations. All payments are non-refundable, but will be credited towards the balance of your reservation. Final payment is due 14 days prior to the reserved group event. If you are including the Budweiser Brewhouse, Party Deck, or All-You-Can-Eat Picnic then final payment is due 21 days prior to the reserved group eventevent. Great Off Site Meeting Great meeting locations are available year round. Castle Room - holds up to 60 people Budweiser Brewhouse - holds up to 250 people Stadium - our stadium seats 10,000 people Parking Lot - we have 6 lots with approximately 8,000 sq. ft. at each location We also have our concourse, field, Party Deck, and many other options. Fun on the Field! Parade Schedule a group outing for your entire league or athletic association, and/or school and you are eligible to participate in a pre-game parade. Individual teams will be announced over the PA system as they walk on the infield warning track in front of the crowd prior to the start of the game. National Anthem Your school or group performs the National Anthem as the Knights players take the field. Special discount and fund-raising opportunities. Minimum purchase of 50 tickets. $100.00 deposit to book your date. Sleepover Sleep under the stars on selected nights during 2013 season. Play softball on the field Take batting practice like the pros. Kids: only $21 Adults: only $27.50 Every home game, players from two teams get to be our Dream Team.
