Rock Climbing ORGT General/Administrative Checklist ORGT Instructor in Training Competency and Personal Checkoffs Admin Signature/ Date Obtained endorsement from an Active Trip Leader TL must submit a written endorsement to the ADOR. e mail is fine. Endorsements must be signed and dated by an active TL IiT interview with ADOR Signed MOU and waivers on file for the sport Understands that an IiT is an agent of the state.
