Nr. 17 = 2014 The China Greeting stamps (Part one) Introduction Since 2002 China National Philatelic Corporation (CNPC) has issued each year one or more stamps with label from which the label can be individualized, personalized. They were introduced as: Special-use stamps for individualized services. All individualized stamps have an attached label that carries a design, but not a denomination. Individuals, companies, schools, or organizations can apply to release stamps with customized patterns or logos on the labels. The PRC special-use stamps are not part of the series of commemorative and special stamps issued during the year and therefore they are not given a serial number. This overview is build up with the official stamp with standard label at first and then the stamp(s) which have a volleyball label.
