All entrants must be members of Archery GB (GNAS) or a FITA associated organisation. Entrants may be asked to produce their membership cards at registration. Record Status tournaments will be liable for drug testing, and any competitors approached to give samples must comply. A refusal will be treated as a positive result. Juniors must have a Parent/Guardian sign the entry form to signify consent to their child being tested, if approached. Welsh Archery Association or Bodafon Farm Park will not accept liability for any loss or damage to any person or equipment during this event, for any reason whatsoever. Anyone wishing to take photographs should register their details with the organiser (see back of entry form) AWARDS: All awards are subject to the number of entries. BODAFON FARM PARK: The Shooting Range will be sited on the field next to the school with camping and car parking on the field beside the promenade. A spectator area will also be safely sited on the shooting field. It is hoped that we will also be able to set up a Have-A-Go range on the site for any members of the public who may visit. The site is on the promenade with the beach and a paddling pool within walking distance from the camping field. Cost of camping is 5 per pitch per night, payable to NWAS. There will be ample parking on the camping field. Shops and hotels are approximately a mile from the site. Bodafon Farm Park has a variety of different animals for you to see. We have the usual farm animals such as cows, sheep, a donkey, pigs, geese, ducks, goats, horses and our resident farm dogs! You can also see more unusual animals like our llamas, red and fallow deer, our rhea and rare breed cows including our highland cattle. Animal feed can be purchased ( 1) from the cafe and hand fed to the goats, deer and llamas. In addition to this Bodafon Farm Park is the home of the North Wales Bird Trust. This charity is run by a team of dedicated volunteers who are also involved in an Owl breeding program for native and foreign species of birds of which are all at the farm ready for your viewing pleasure. You can take a tractor trailer ride with the farmer which takes you round the paddocks where you can get up close to the cows and sheep and in spring see the new born lambs and calves. Or take a ride on our pony Barney suitable for all ages of children. You can also have fun on our ride on tractors for the kids or play in our adventure play area. Bodafon Farm Park is a great day out and fun for all ages serving quality food in a unique setting with a great atmosphere! Donation of raffle prizes appreciated from WAA Clubs.
