Paige is the daughter of Steve and Pam DeBlasio of Livingston. This is her first year to actively participate in 4-H and is showing both breeding goats and meat goats and participates with the 4-H Rodeo Club. Paige and her horse Hickory have been partners for two years and they compete in Team Penning, Ranch Sorting and Barrel Racing. She has been very successful as she has won numerous awards and prizes in each category. Her goals are to compete in Jr. High Rodeo next year and eventually compete in High School Rodeo and attend college where she can be a part of a rodeo team. Paige also is a devoted member of the Central Baptist youth group known as Crave. She is all country, as she enjoys hunting, fishing and skeet shooting. Wish her luck at the TNLS Rodeo! Texas 4-H Congress allows 4-H members to experience the law making process first hand by writing, submitting, and then serving as a member of the House of Representatives, the Senate, The Press, or as a Lobbyist. From these roles, the 4-H members determine the fate of each bill submitted over the four day event. You must be an active 4-H member, be 15 years of ate at the time of event, have a willingness to research and prepare a legislative bill for consideration during the event and be willing to meet new friends, have fun and learn all at the same time. Beef and Horse Quiz Bowl There will be no quiz bowl practice in march We will pick back up with practice in april after trinity neches livestock show. NO BULL Teen Video Contest Invitation for 4-H Members Fifteen finalists will be selected by a panel to attend the star-studded NO BULL Teen Video Awards show in San Francisco, promoted by Live Nation. The spotlight will shine on the student-made films pertaining to NO BULL. Students have the chance to win thousands of dollars worth of prizes, and have their video presented center stage for the world to witness. When you check items out please be considerate and return for others to use. Please make sure all items are clean and in good repair.
