High School Team is looking for a goal tending coach for winter season. Wants to combine efforts with RAHA. MJ will send info to MaryAnn on details Concessions Manager: Kali Lauer & MJ Carlson Working with Tim to transition the Sam s Club and Restaurant Deport memberships MJ and Kali will create a checklist of duties that need to be turned over to a new person when transitioning positions District Schedule DIBs have not been posted yet Boosters: Boosters are looking for extra socks for mittens. They can be new and used. Scott to go through storage bins and make a donation to the Boosters Ice Scheduler: Kris DuPuis Working on a few requests for ice changes Received times for the District Bantam C Tournament. There will be 16 games for this tournament Accountant: Doug Ebner Review 2014-2015 Balance Sheet Reviewed Traveling Team Payments Reviewed Main Account Balance Arena Manager: Jon Balvance MaryAnn will send an email to all managers reminding them to notify the arena manager if you need tables set up or if you are leaving cars at the arena, etc. When ice comes out in the summer, arena will be updating ice markings for the current USA Hockey guidelines. Communications: Mary Ann December Newsletter was sent out ACE Coordinator: Dan Nicklay Proposal at the District 8 Meeting to have 3 regions for seedings at the Bantam AA and PeeWee AA levels. RAHA discussed as a BOD Coaches certificates and updates were all completed, but 2. Both will need a waiver to be signed and cannot be on the bench/ice until waiver is filed 3 separate coaches need to complete their SafeSport Training. Coaches cannot be on the ice/bench until it is completed All coaches have completed the age specific module Coaches Coordinators: Stacy Johnston, Jeff Tuccitto, John DeBettignies IP Level Coaches have all completed their certifications IP Committee: Andy Proshek, Lisa Toll 1 st Grade Little Chippers took place on 1/2/15 Remaining task will be ordering participation trophies and assisting the Tournament Committee with the Mini Mite and Mite/8U Jamborees Natalie Darwitz has been the skating instructor for the girls. 3 sessions will be completed this month Lee Goren will be the skating instructor for the boys. 1 session is scheduled in January. Two other sessions will be on the outdoor rinks in February Woodbury will host our mini mites on 2/22 Arena Experience: John DeBettignies Banner ordered for Bantam A, District 8 Champions from 2011-2012 Tournament: Chris Noonkesser Mini Mite Jamboree with Woodbury on 1/10/15. Participation medals purchased and gift bags provided to each skater. Rosemount players will use the Varsity Boys and Girls Locker Rooms to get ready Mite Jamboree is set up for 2/6-2/8 at The Pond. Will be doing a moms and team puck shoot booth. In addition, will have the Chicago Style hot dog vendor on site. This will be reviewed with each Traveling Head Coach in a 1:1 meeting 107 respondents this season New Business IP Mid- Season Surveys Surveys are ready to be sent out.
