Renewals KEY DATES Within this brochure you will find all you need to know to renew your LCCC Membership for the 2016 season. 2016 Memberships are on sale now and we are happy to announce that all Members who renew on or prior to Sunday 1 November will receive an Discount on their Membership fees. Highlights of the 2016 Membership packages include a FREE Membership gift for each signed up Member and access to three exclusive Members events during the course of the year. We also continue to make it easy to pay for your Membership via our Direct Debit scheme, allowing you to spread the cost of your Membership over either two or three months. Stadium MEMBERS AREAS SEATING AND REFRESHMENTS For our 2016 International fixtures, Members will have exclusive access to seating in the Pavilion Terrace as well as in Block 6 of E Stand located alongside the Pavilion Terrace. This premium seating area is for the exclusive use of our Members as it offers the best views of the wicket together with access to our refurbished refreshment areas. WHEELCHAIR USERS FACILITIES There are a number of wheelchair spaces located within the Pavilion Terrace (subject to availability due to sight screen restrictions). There are however new facilities for Members with disabilities at the rear of E Stand underneath The Point and toilet facilities are located within the Atrium Bar. Also included is access to the Long Room inside the Pavilion. Space is limited in these areas so please ensure you buy early to guarantee your seat. For Lancashire s home domestic fixtures, whilst the above areas won t be available exclusively, Members can still make use of the Atrium Bar, Long Room, Red Rose Suite and balcony with elevated mid-wicket viewing, where the bar will serve drinks and refreshments (subject to availability). #RedRoseTogether
Membership FAQs I CANT GET TO MANY HOME GAMES OR LIVE FAR AWAY. WHAT MEMBERSHIP IS BEST FOR ME? The Club understands that for many reasons supporters cannot make it to every home game. 2016 Membership includes a number of affordable options for fans wishing to join the Club without full season match access. Starting from just 70.00, these include Digital and flexible First XI Membership packages. The 2016 Membership catalogue also features a number of other packages with match access which might be suitable for your situation. WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR YOUNG ADULT AND CONCESSION PRICING? YOUNG ADULTS s pricing is available across all LCCC Membership packages. The age range is strictly 19-23 as at 1 February 2016. CONCESSION Memberships are only available to those supporters aged 65 or over as at 1 February 2016, disabled supporters and carers. In order to qualify for either or categories, Members may be asked to provide proof of age or proof of disability in one of the following forms, including Pension Card (aged, single parent, disability) and photo ID. is not available for unemployed, Seniors Card or Health Care Card holders. CAN I PAY FOR MY MEMBERSHIP IN INSTALMENTS? For no extra cost, spread your subscription across two or three monthly instalments, deducted once a month from a nominated bank account. The instalment schedule will commence on Monday 16 November and conclude on Tuesday 15 December for those on the two month plan and conclude on Friday 15 January for those on the three month plan. To take advantage of this plan please complete the Direct Debit section of the enclosed Membership application form accurately. The Club is unable to change the schedule of the date (fifteenth day of each month or next business day). Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your account on the date to cover the instalment amount. AS A MEMBER CAN I ACCESS INTERNATIONALS, FINALS AND PRE-SEASON FRIENDLIES? INTERNATIONALS Lancashire County Cricket Club Members are able to purchase a ticket to international fixtures at Emirates Old Trafford. All Lancashire County Cricket Club Members will be given a priority period between Monday 21 September and Sunday 18 October in which they can purchase tickets before the general public. Members regular reserved areas will not be available for international fixtures and seating is sold on a firstcome-first-serve basis throughout each available stand however Members will be provided with the exclusive opportunity to purchase tickets within the Pavilion Terrace and Block 6 of E Stand as well as discounts in other areas of the stadium. FINALS Lancashire County Cricket Club Members are able to purchase a ticket to the Royal London Cup Final and NatWest T20 Blast Finals Day when Lancashire County Cricket Club is participating. The Club will receive a limited number of tickets and all Lancashire County Cricket Club Members will be given a priority period in which they can purchase tickets before the general public. Any remaining tickets will then be made available to the general public subject to availability. The sales process will be advised once Lancashire has been confirmed as a finalist and may be subject to a booking fee. PRE-SEASON FRIENDLIES Selected Membership categories are provided with access to Lancashire County Cricket Club games during the pre-season. Please check the benefits of your package carefully to determine whether you are eligible to use your Membership for these fixtures. Members must produce their Membership card at the gate of the respective venue to gain entry. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MEMBERSHIP CARD & MEMBERSHIP PACK? Membership cards and packs will be mailed from March 2016. Please allow a minimum of three weeks following payment for delivery of your pack. Members who join after the start of the season should understand that, due to the timing of some benefits, the full list of entitlements may not be available. HOW DO I ACCESS AWAY MATCH TICKETING? Members and supporters can purchase tickets to Lancashire away matches via the home team s ticketing office. Simply hand-on this Membership card to friends, family, clients or anyone else, and ensure your Red Rose (Transferable) Membership is always used. Membership TERMS DRESS STANDARDS Consistent with the prestige of being a Member of a major Cricket Club, the minimum requirement for adult entry to the Members areas for both Members and guests is neat, casual dress. Specifically, non-cricket replica shirts are not permissible and torn jeans / trousers are not allowed. Tailored shorts and collared shirts including polo shirts are acceptable, as are Lancashire replica shirts. Sandals (with socks) will be accepted. CODE OF CONDUCT It goes without saying that positive communication and behaviour is accepted as being a minimum standard of employment and Membership of Lancashire County Cricket Club. Mutual respect between staff and Members is acknowledged as standard. Any breach of this condition may result in an employee being subject to disciplinary action or a Member having their Membership suspended. TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY At LCCC we take the issue of black-market tickets very seriously and we are doing everything in our power to curtail the activities of unofficial sales. Selling and advertising tickets for sale via unauthorised channels is in breach of the LCCC ticket terms and conditions. Please see the enclosed 2016 Ticket Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Entry booklet for details. TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE By taking out Membership you are agreeing to abide by the ticket terms and conditions and conditions of entry as outlined in the enclosed document. In addition, acceptance of the Club rules and benefits which apply to each category including dress standards and code of conduct are assumed to have been accepted once payment has been received. THE DIRECT DEBIT GUARANTEE This guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits. If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, LCCC will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request LCCC to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of request. If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit by LCCC or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society. If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when the organisation ask you to. You can cancel the Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting you bank or building society.
