Rules: 1. Open Division - any pistol or revolver with optics of any kind (except fiber replacement sights) and/or barrel compensators 2. Stock Auto Division - any semi-auto pistol without optics of any kind (expect fiber replacement sights) and/or barrel compensator 3. Stock Revolver Division - any revolver without optics of any kind (expect fiber replacements sights) and/or barrel compensator 4. Shots will be scored as A = 5pts, C = 4pts, D = 2pts. Bullet hole must break the line to count 5. Questionable shots will count to the shooter s advantage 6. No handling of firearms away from the firing line. At the Safety Areas shooter may un-bag an unloaded firearm, function check an unloaded firearm and holster the unloaded firearm. No ammo handling at Safety Areas. 7. Any dropped unloaded firearm will result in stage disqualification 8. Any dropped loaded firearm will result in match disqualification 9. Any discharge of a firearm not in direct compliance with the range officer commands will result in disqualification. (does not include late shots within a short time after stop signal) 10. Any unsafe acts will result in disqualification 11. Unsportsmanlike conduct or horseplay may result in match disqualification. Any unsafe conditions will be reported to range master immediately 13. Match rules may be adjusted as safety or range requirements mandate 14. All Mill Creek Rifle Club range rules will strictly enforced 15. Hearing and eye protection required for all shooters 16. Firearm must start each stage in a safe condition a. Auto unloaded, slide forward, hammer down and holstered b. Revolver unloaded and holstered 17. All firing will be done in such a manner that the bullet will impact the backstop berm 18. All stages will start from surrender position, hands shoulder high (unless otherwise specified) 5 point penalty for improper position 19. Holster and equipment must be safe. No cross draw holsters. No full auto 20. One handgun with same ammunition for entire event 21. All handguns will be centerfire 9 x19/38 spl or larger. No tracer, exploding or armor piercing ammo. 22. Shooters may not fire at targets that fall to the ground or cover the base of the target stand becasue of shooter error or weather conditions 23. Brass that hits the ground becomes property of the match 24. Match director(s) decision is final in all matters 25. Ties will be decided by total points. Rank for ties will be: first course, second course, third course 26. No substitution of equipment without match director's approval 27. All three matches will be fired concurrently.
