Entry Forms Registration is open until 29 May 2018. The maximum number of athletes will be 24 per gender. Each nation can only enter with 2 athletes per gender unless the maximum number of 24 athletes is not reached. Participants must have an age between 17 and 28 years (Junior and Senior). We would appreciate the early confirmation of your intention to participate or not. Please submit your Entry Forms as early as possible. Deadlines for the Entry Forms are as follows: FORM A by 2 May 2018 FORM B by 20 May 2018 FORM C (final) by 29 May 2018 Forms must be sent to Mrs Sonndag (presidentsoffice@pentathlon.org) Finances Entry fee for Athletes, Coaches and Officials: 30 Euro (includes a Lunch package and Dinner on June 9, 2018). The total amount should be paid until 29 May 2018 at the latest to the following bank account or in cash upon arrival. Please be aware that the banking fee has to be payed by the participants. HVMF cannot accept responsibility for arranging visas. Insurance According to UIPM Rules all member of attending delegations should insure themselves in case of accidental injury or illness. The organizer will not accept any responsibility financial or other, for any loss, injury or illness of any member of the delegation. Athletes Licenses Athletes are only allowed to participate in this event if they have a valid student ID/student card. Participants must have an age between 17 and 28 years (Junior and Senior).
Rules The competition will be carried out according to the UIPM and DVMF rules. Swimming: 50 m outdoor pool Laser-Run: All athletes need to bring their own laser pistols. The LOC will NOT provide laser pistols for the athletes. Equipment control The equipment control for fencing and shooting will be at the competition venues. Firearms Firearms licenses are not a legal requirement when bringing air and CO2 pistols into Germany for competition purposes.
