Personal PPE checked and in good order Entry permit signed off by all entrants Fencing / barricading in place Signage in place Standby person in place (not to complete any other tasks) Check any flammable gas or vapour is at concentrations below % of its Lower Explosive Limit (LEL). Gas monitor with entrants or in close proximity to entrants at all times. Entrants instructed to evacuate on initial alarm. Purging or Ventilation provided to ensure fresh air supply to entrants. Constant contact between entrants and standby person.
