STAFF Nolan Fuller: Nolan is the Senior Director of Baseball Player Development Events with Baseball Factory. He has been working full-time in the Baseball Operations department since 2012, coordinating and running events across the country. Nolan is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Beaufort, where he played and coached under the tutelage of Professional Coach, Rick Sohield. In 2012, Fuller helped the Sand Sharks make their hirst NAIA World Series appearance - where they hinished ranked 7th in the Nation. In his four years at USCB, the Sand Sharks compiled a record of 142-75. Robert Lawson: Robert played his college baseball at Flagler College. After college, he served as the head coach at the prestigious St. Thomas Aquinas High School for 12 years. In 2001 & 2010 they were state hinalists, and in 2003 they won the 5A state championship. Many of his former ball players have gone on to play in college and professional baseball, including 3 Major League players. Talmadge Nunnari: Talmadge is the Hitting Coordinator for Baseball Factory, and serves as On-Field Director at many Player DeveloPMent Events. T played his college baseball at Jacksonville University, where he was an All-American. He was then drafted by the Montreal Expos, In 2000 Talmadge made is MLB Debut. Talmadge previously served as the GM and Field Manager of the Pensacola Pelicans, a Professional Independent League TeAM. Following his time in Pensacola, Talmadge went back to Jacksonville as an Assistant and Recruiting Coordinator. Nelson North: Nelson played in college at Mississippi, following his playing career he coached multiple College programs. His coaching experience includes, Associate Head Coach at Belmont University, Cumberland University, University of Tampa, and University South Florida University. Among North's accomplishments are developing seven pitchers and three catchers who earned All-America honors at Tampa as well as coaching 15 players who were drafted into professional baseball.
