Qualifications and Age limits of Participants Qualifications : Nationality(permanent residency) of the participating nation and the Kukkiwon Poom/Dan holder.

5) Taekwondo Aerobics Taekwondo Aerobics refers to the continuous movement of combining both Taekwondo movements and gymnastics whilst performing it with music. Number of participants : 7~9 people Contest time : Within 2minutes. Scoring standard The rank is graded by the artistic value of movement accuracy, composition of the direction, music and kick. Regulations - The program should be submitted by paper before the competition. - The performance of the events must follows the technique regulations of each events. - Authorized Poomsae : Selected at the Representative meeting or on the competition day. - Power breaking : 4 different participants should break the target using different hand techniques. - Technique breaking : Different participants should break the target - If one's wounded during the competition one may change the competitor with the substitute. - Music avaliable 7. Warning Regulations 1st warning (-0.5points) / 2nd warning (-1points) - Not following the order of the chief referee. - Disturbing on purpose by words. 8. Deduction penalties 1) All Time outs : -1 point per 10 seconds. Exceeding or shortage of contestants : -1 point per person. Crossing over the bounding line : -1point. Non respectable words or behaviors : -1points. 2) Penalty for Knife hand, fist, foot breaking Falling down after breaking : -1 point. Deduction 1 point equals to 1 Breaking 3) Penalty for Team competition. When the target breaks under 1m : -1 point(excepting the Moving multi directions breaking and New technique creative breaking). Breaking the target with part of the body other than foot & hand : -1point. If distance between the Breaking is closer than 30cm : -1point.

Moving the height or distance of the target intentionally, -1 point. If the assistant helps breaking the target : -1 point. 4) Penalty for Creative Poomsae and Taekwon Aerobics Not performing the compulsory techniques : -1point. (-1point per each technique) Imitating the other team's Creative poomsae : -3 points. 9. Regulations for the disqualification. 1) All Difference of the name between the application and contestants list. Not wearing the official Dobok. Fabricating the breaking material. 2) Disqualification for Knife hand, fist, foot breaking Pressing down the target by body weight or attempting more than once. Body(from knee) touching the ground after the breaking. Using only the wrist in Knife hand breaking or breaking the target with standing flat fist. Touching the ground with hand Breaking the target by cheating. 10. Treatment of the tied score in the Finals. 1) The team with no warning and penalty will be declared winner. 2) Knife Hand, Fist and Foot breaking division : the contestant who choose more target to break or less weight get the advantage in rank. 3) All-arround breaking : One with less failure in the formal and selective breaking gets the advantage in rank. If tied again, the extra-inning game is held once. If tied again, both awarded as co-champions. 4) Team division (authorized poomsae, creative poomsae, Taekwondo Aerobics, Team competition) : the rank is graded by the total score and if tied, both awarded as co-champions.

11. Appeal 1) In case of objection to judgement, the head of team must submit the protest application form together with the protest fee & evidence within 10minutes after the pertinent contest. 2) The Board of Arbitration need to be consisted of maximum 7 people or less. The decision will be made by the majority of rates from the quorum. In case of a tie, Chairman of the Board of Arbitration casts the deciding vote. 3) If necessary, the Board of Arbitration could call the related referee to find out the real situation of the event. 4) The referee would be remitted to the Sanction Committee when it is proven to be the mistake of the referee. 5) The Board of Arbitration makes the final decision. (It is not acceptable to protest against it.) 12.
