ATA SONGAHM TAEKWONDO JUDGING CERTIFICATION LEVEL 1 TEST If a situation comes up that is not in the rule book, assumed it can not be done until permission is granted by the International Tournament Director with the guidance of the Grand Master of Songahm Taekwondo and the Master s Council. PLEASE READ FIRST! General information: ***DO NOT WRITE ON THIS TEST*** 1. One must retest for their level 1 judging certification after a. 1 year b. 2 years c. 3 years d. attaining your next rank 2. A level 1 judging certification qualifies one to be a. time keeper in all rings b. center judge of a color belt ring c. corner judge a black belt ring d. corner judge a color belt ring 3.
