TSR HORSEZONE.CO.UK Riders Finals - 1st & 2nd riders qualify and will receive a qualification card in the ring. TSR HORSEZONE.CO.UK In Hand Finals - The two highest placed Handlers with a TSR In Hand Card will qualify in any In Hand class. Handlers MUST have their cards signed in the ring by the judge/steward, cards are available FREE from the TSR website. RULES & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY Please read these your completed entry form denotes your agreement. 1. Competition is open. 2. Only Registered ponies or their progeny can be entered for any competition. 3. Entry fees are not refundable unless the show is cancelled. All entries must be accompanied by the appropriate fee and completed entry form. No telephone entries/substitutions/transfer or nomination entries allowed. 4. No animal suffering from any infectious disease will be allowed to compete and must be removed if stewards so direct. 5. Stock must be bona fide property of the exhibitor. 6. The Show Committee shall not be liable for any damage or loss to person, animals or property that exhibitors or public may sustain at the show. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that each entrant agrees to indemnify the organisers against any legal action arising and that they have public liability insurance for their livestock. 7. Protests, along with 20 (which will be forfeited if protest is dismissed) must be lodged with the Secretary, in writing, within 30 mins of completion of the judging of that particular class. 8. Stock must be in the showground one hour before judging is due to begin. 9. Competitors entering more than one class accept the risk that timing may conflict. 10. The Show Committee have the right to combine/cancel classes due to lack of numbers/weather conditions. 11. The decision of the Show Committee and/or Judge shall be final on all matters regarding the show. 12. No Highland pony bred by, ever owned by, or produced by the judge may enter. 13. Behaviour by any exhibitor deemed unsporting or unreasonable by the Show Committee may cause all rosettes, prizes and monies due to be forfeited. 14. Competitors MUST WEAR HARD HATS at all times while riding ponies on the showground. 15. Ridden classes, no outside assistance other than if ponies are to be stripped then only one groom allowed in ring per Pony. 16. No spurs to be allowed in Ridden Classes Section 2 17. Canes/Whips must not exceed 75cms 18. Any animal which constitutes a danger will be asked to leave the ring. 19. No Pony may enter the ring after the judging process has begun and the Steward has closed the ring. 20. Health and Safety. The Organisers have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the Health & Safety of everyone present. To ensure these measures are effective, everyone must take reasonable precautions to avoid accidents occurring and must obey the directions of organisers, officials and stewards. 21. Passport must accompany pony to the show and be made available for inspection if required by official. 22. No lunging or long reining of ponies allowed on the show field. Pony to be under direct control of handler at all times whilst moving around show field.
