At least two swimmers must be swimming in the correct age for the relay to be accepted. Entry Conditions In individual events, swimmers must compete in their own age group. No swimmer, may take part in more than FOUR INDIVIDUAL EVENTS and any TWO RELAYS. There is no limit to the number of swimmers from a school in an individual event or to the number of teams in relays. Please note: 1. Submit individual best times. Entries with no submitted times will be seeded slowest under NT (No Time) 2. Entries cannot be accepted unless they Are accompanied by the entry fee includes Schools stamp and signed by the Principal or Teacher responsible for Sport include the name and contact telephone number of the parent, guardian or adult in charge Awards Medals will be awarded for 1 st, 2 nd, and 3 rd in each Age Group on a Heat Declared Winner Basis (HDW)

Coffee dock / snack bar is available at the Watershed All enquires by email only to leinsterschoolsswimming@swimireland.ie Entry reports and further info - www.swimleinster.com Swimmers are NOT eligible to enter where they have won individual medals (1st, 2nd or 3rd) in the finals of the Leinster and/or Irish Schools Championships (Minor, Junior, Inter, Senior) at ANY time. This includes all previous years. Medal winners (1st, 2nd or 3rd) in team relays are also excluded from relays but swimmers may compete as individuals if they have not won individual medals previously. Names of those in team relays must be included on the entry form. There will also be relay events for ages 10 & under, 12 & under, 14 & under, 16 & under and 18 & under. All events are heat-declared-winners. Leinster Schools Swimming reserves the right to reject any entry which it considers inappropriate for this type of gala or is ineligible due to having previously won a medal at schools competition. Note: All entries and fees MUST be received by 13 th April 2018. ABSOLUTELY NO LATE ENTRIES will be accepted. Any entry not fulfilling the entry conditions will be rejected. Any entry not received at the above address by the closing date will be rejected. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Entry lists will be posted on the Leinster Swimming Website approx. 3 weeks after closing date to allow any corrections to be made. These should be checked in advance of the gala and any changes should be emailed to leinsterschoolsswimming@swimireland.ie Officials Timekeepers will be required for all the sessions, please indicate on entry form if you are available to assist at one of the sessions.
