Extra Practice Ice: The extra practice schedule has been sent to the Teams. The music can be played with a musicbox (CD and MP3) directly at icelevel by the Team. Draw: The draw for Junior, Senior, Advanced Novice will take place on Thursday 21.1.2016, 19:15 at Wyndham Grand Hotel. Only 5 members per team are allowed to attend the draw (Teammanager, Teamleaders, Coaches and Captains). The draw for the Free Skating will take place at the OC Office after the Senior Short Program Competition. Friday, 22. 1., 20:40 Opening Ceremony: The opening ceremony will take place on Friday 22.1. 2016, 14:15 without the participation of teams. Official practice after draw: Only competitive programs may be played. Teams have the option of playing their music once or twice. The Team Manager or coach must inform the music technician before entering the ice, if they wish to play the music once or twice. If there is no information, music will be played twice. Short program official practice: 10 minutes. Music can be played two times, once it has started it will be played through completely. Music cannot be restarted. Music will start first no later than two minutes after the start of the practice and for the second time, no later than six minutes after the start of the practice. Free skating official practice: 12 minutes for Junior, Senior, Advanced Novice. 10 minutes for Adult, Juvenile and Basic Novice A and B. 11 minutes for Mixed Age. Music can be played two times, once it has started it will be played through completely. Music cannot be restarted. Music will start first no later than 2 minutes after the start of the practice and for the second time, no later than seven minutes after the start of the practice. Warm-up Areas: 3 Warm-up Areas will be provided by the OC in a tent. The warm-up spaces are especially marked and scheduled in the detailed schedule. For the outside practices there will be 3 Extra Warm up areas next to the Ticket office in the Icerink. 4
Meals: Meals for the teams, who reserved mealtickets in advance will be provided in the Skater s Restaurant of Eisarena Salzburg. Due to the many teams, we will have a schedule for mealtimes! Please stay informed at the OC office! Meal times: Lunch: 11:30-14:30 Dinner: 17:00-22:00 Bus parking for Teams: There will be an extra parking space just for Team busses next to the Eisarena Salzburg. Security will arrange parking. Medical service: Medical service for athletes competing at the ISU Mozart Cup include rink-side emergency coverage during all events and practices. We will have a Medical room with a physician and a physical therapist at the rink.
