ATHLETES LICENCES Athletes are only allowed to participate if they are in possession of a valid UIPM issued Athletes License. Athletes must be registered to the UIPM before the competition to be entered. Entry Forms will not be accepted if any athlete is missing his/her License Number. Please contact UIPM Headquarters immediately if your athlete is missing his/her License. If an athlete does not have a license and has not requested a license from UIPM he will not be allowed to take part in the competition. ECONOMICAL CONDITIONS All participants (athletes, coaches and officials) must pay participations fee. The cost of the stay per person per night is : Single Room: 130 EUR. Double Room: 120 EUR The price includes the full board accommodation, local transportation, entry to the competition and transportation from and to Paris Airport or Paris Chateau de Vincennes metro station. Nations wishing to arrange their own accommodation must pay 80 EUR for accreditation per participant. This amount includes, competition fees, lunch packets for the competition days and access to official transportation between competition sites. Please contact directly the hosting NF/LOC to request for accommodation for family and friends wishing to attend the competition. Total cost has to be paid by bank transfer latest up to the technical meeting on arrival. For your and our convenience we kindly ask you to make payment by transfer. ACCOMMODATION & TRANSPORT Participants will be accommodated in Insep - 11 avenue du Tremblay, 75012 Paris Accommodation in Double or single bedroom, and in Ibis budget Hotel - 252 Rue du Maréchal Leclerc, ZAC Vivendi/ OTV, 94410 Paris Saint Maurice We have a limited number of rooms in INSEP, first to book will be in Insep. VISAS Visiting federations should confirm visa requirements for entry into FRANCE prior to travelling to the event. FFPM can t accept responsibility for arranging visas. If you need a visa, please contact your nearest Embassy or Consulate. INSURANCE All members of the attending Delegations must insure themselves in case of accidental injury or illness. The organizer will not accept any responsibility financial or otherwise for loss, injury or illness of any Delegation member. GENERAL INFORMATION All athletes are kindly requested to wear their official national uniform at the competition. Please also bring a CD with your national anthem.
