ELIGIBLITY First of all, are you eligible to hunt the Navajo Nation? 1. Survey Card List 2. Hunt Violation List (WLE) 3. Western Compact List

Need to CLEARLY print out your accurate information on to the application. Make sure you write down the correct hunt code for your hunt choice(s). Make sure you have the correct amount for the higher priced hunt code. Paid by Money Order ONLY.
Documentation: Navajo Permit Need to be an enrolled tribal member with a Navajo census Navajo Spouse Need to provide proof of marriage documents (marriage license, copy of Navajo spouse CIB, affidavit stating you are married) Navajo Veteran Need a copy of your DD-214 document Navajo Senior Citizen Need a copy of your Drivers License or a copy of your CIB Non-Navajo Anyone who does not have a Navajo Census number

Selecting hunt choices General Deer Hunts are any: DA, DAL, DM, and DG hunt codes General Elk Hunts are any: EA, EM, and EG hunt codes Trophy Hunts: You can select up to three DT and ET hunt codes Mobility Impaired Navajo Hunts are: Five General Deer Permits (DG hunt codes) Five General Elk Permits (EG hunt codes)
Hunt Choice: You are eligible to select up to four hunt choices on one application. You cannot mix General Deer Hunts with General Elk Hunts on the same CLEARLY write in your hunt choice with the correct hunt code stated in the hunting proclamation. application!
