Colonnade Group Blue Devil Premium Services (BDPS) is a subsidiary of the Colonnade Group, a premium seating and sports production company headquartered in Birmingham, AL. BDPS is Duke Athletics representative for management of its premium seating and hospitality areas. The BDPS office officially opened on April 11, 2016. Colonnade has been consulting with Duke Athletics on the construction of Blue Devil Tower and the Cameron Club since July 2013. Blue Devil Tower DeJoy Family Club and Table Tops Buffet Information A buffet will be available in the DeJoy Family Club from Blue Devil Tower opening through the third quarter. Trident Provisions, the in-house caterer, will work with BDPS to plan menus for each home game. More information on Trident may be found on page 19. The buffet is exclusively for DeJoy Family Club and Table Top seat holders only. Working staff meals will be available on the Press Level with a pre-distributed meal ticket. Beverage Information The DeJoy Family Club will feature two (2) credit/debit card bars with beer, wine and liquor. Payment will only be accepted in the form of credit cards. The bars will close at the end of the third quarter. Bottled water will be available for purchase at the bars. Complimentary fountain beverages will be available. Water is also available via fountain. Table Top seats will feature in-seat beverage service. Additional Amenities The DeJoy Family Club will have several flat-screen televisions throughout its interior. Seat holders and guests may request channel changes through any members of the BDPS staff. Charging stations Wi-Fi Table Top TVs 5

Admissions Requirements A Blue Devil Tower cricket (credential + ticket) is required for entry into Blue Devil Tower. DeJoy Family Club Seat holders and Table Top seat holders may access the Club level only. All Suite holders may access the Delta Suite level or the DeJoy Family Club. BDPS requires all guests to wear their crickets around their necks at all times. All Suite cricket holders will wear a Duke Blue lanyard, while Club and Table Top cricket holders will wear a white lanyard. These lanyards are only available from the BDPS office. Tower crickets will not be available for public purchase on game day. Admissions Procedures All guests and personal items are subject to screening prior to entering Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium and Blue Devil Tower. Walk-through metal detectors will be the primary means of screening with accommodations available for guests who require alternative screening methods. Any person who does not consent to screening will be denied entry into the stadium. Blue Devil Tower has two (2) main access points: Finch-Yeager Bridge (Frank Bassett Drive) Central Elevator Lobby (Concourse Level) Upon entry into the Tower, security personnel will hole punch each cricket. Upon exiting the Tower, each patron will receive a wristband. A hole punched ticket AND a wristband (free from evidence of tampering) is required for re-entry into the Tower. Any Iron Dukes staff members wishing to escort prospective ticket buyers into Blue Devil Tower should check in with the Guest Services desk in the Club Pitts Family Lobby level and check out guest passes. These passes should be returned to the Guest Services desk prior to exiting the Tower. 12

Blue Devil Tower Staffing Blue Devil Premium Services will employ approximately 20 student workers to serve as Ambassadors in the Tower on game day. BDPS Ambassadors will be stationed in the following positions: Guest Services Desk Attendants Each level of the Blue Devil Tower will house a Guest Services desk for seat holder and guest conveniences. The desk attendant will be responsible for managing guest requests, managing guest pass inventory and verifying ticket issues with assistance from the Ticket Office. This position works with other team members to ensure all guest needs are met. Suite Attendants Responsible for attending to the Suite holders and their guests prior to, during and after the game. Each attendant is assigned to three or four suites. Attendant must complete a pre-game and post-game duties checklist. First Impression Manager The first team members that guests encounter upon entry to the Tower. This position welcomes guests, answers general questions and assists security staff in ensuring the exclusivity of the premium areas. A FIM may be stationed in various areas, including elevators and club lobbies. Floor Captains Responsible for recording any issues that may arise during a game day and reporting necessary issues to the Director. A Floor Captain manages and communicates with the BDPS staff in their area. Floor Captains are the direct liaison between BDPS staff and BDPS management. Blue Devil Premium Services Ambassadors are required to work all six (6) home games. The pay rate is $9.25/hour. Any interested persons should contact the BDPS office to apply or visit www.bluedevilpremium.com. A separate private security company, managed by BDPS, will be responsible for access control. 13

Blue Devil Tower Accessibility Accommodations Below is a list of accessibility services currently provided in Blue Devil Tower. Any specific questions regarding ADA accessibility in Blue Devil Tower should be directed to the BDPS Director or Disability Management at 919-668-1283. DeJoy Family Club Accessibility DeJoy Family Club ADA seating in Blue Devil Tower is available for Outdoor Table Tops and Club Seats. The BDPS Director will always hold one (1) ADA accessible seat and three (3) companion seats for game day exchanges at each price level. All service areas are accessible. All restrooms are accessible. Delta Suite Level and Club Level Suite Accessibility All suites in Blue Devil Tower are accessible and contain up to three (3) ADA seats per suite. All service areas are accessible. All restrooms are accessible. Press Level Accessibility All restrooms are accessible. Closed Captioning Assistive listening devices are available. 14

Blue Devil Tower Loading Dock Level The lowest level of Blue Devil Tower houses the Loading Dock Level. The Loading Dock Level houses the following areas: Receiving Office Concessions Preparatory Area, Dry Storage, and Cold Storage Premium Caterer Preparatory Area, Dry Storage, and Cold Storage Service Elevator Freight Elevator Any deliveries during the week must be scheduled. Staff must be available to receive the delivery. Game day deliveries should be limited as much as possible but will be permitted as long as they are pre-scheduled. All game day deliveries must have proper parking passes and credentials for access and will be subject to search prior to entering the loading dock. Deliveries that are unscheduled or without proper parking/credentials will be denied access to the facility. 15

Blue Devil Tower Press Level The fourth level of Blue Devil Tower houses the Press Level. The following booths and spaces are located on the Press Level: Camera (2) Auxiliary Broadcast Replay Home Radio Visiting Coaches Visiting Radio Visiting Athletics Director Stats Home Coaches Auxiliary (1) Camera and Network Clock Operations Command Center Medical PA Marketing/Video Working Press Area Observation A buffet meal will be available to eligible game day staff members and members of the media beginning two (2) hours prior to kickoff. Eligible working staff members who plan to dine at this buffet should present a valid meal ticket and must have proper credentials for access to Blue Devil Tower. 15

Champions Club at Cameron Indoor Stadium General Information Total Capacity: 375 persons Pricing Information $2,500 per membership Ability to purchase memberships based on Iron Dukes cumulative lifetime giving Game Day Amenities Champions Club pass holders will have access to the following amenities (subject to change): Private, centrally-located restrooms Credit/debit card bar with beer, wine and liquor Complimentary pre-game and halftime buffet Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages Coat check Flat screen TVs (12) Full Wi-Fi access Hours of Operation The Champions Club will open and close according to the following schedule: Champions Club Opens 90 minutes before tipoff During halftime Champions Club Closes One (1) hour after game ends 16

Champions Club at Cameron Indoor Stadium Admissions Procedures To access the Champions Club, patrons must present a valid pass for entry. Upon entry, security staff will place a wristband on each patron s wrist. To re-enter the Champions Club, a patron must present a valid pass as well as a wristband securely on his/her wrist and free from evidence of tampering. Accessibility Accommodations The Champions Club is accessible via elevator from the main entrance of Cameron Indoor Stadium or from the concourse. All service areas and Champions Club seating are accessible. All restrooms are accessible. 17

Exclusive Caterer Following a thorough RFP process, Duke Athletics and Colonnade selected Trident Provisions (Trident) as its exclusive caterer for Blue Devil Tower and Cameron Club. Trident is a joint partnership between Proof of the Pudding and Mitchell s Catering. Proof of the Pudding, based in Atlanta, has experience in collegiate premium seating at Auburn University, the University of Georgia, and Jacksonville State University. Proof selected Mitchell s Catering, a Raleigh-based company, as its partner for Duke s premium seating because of their shared membership in the Leading Caterers of America, a by-invitation only organization. Mitchell s is the only caterer in the Triangle area that is a member of LCA. Trident will have an on-site general manager. This GM will work closely with BDPS to plan menus for the Tower and Cameron Club on game days. Rental Events Trident is the exclusive caterer for all rental events (internal and external) that may take place in the Tower or Cameron Club. Trident will have exclusive access to all premium catering kitchens and prep spaces. 19

Space Rentals The Blue Devil Premium Services office will handle the booking of all levels of the Tower and Cameron Club for both internal and external rental events. What s Included The space rental fee includes the following items and services: Four hour rental per space (additional hours available at an additional cost) Furniture available in the spaces Cleaning fee (additional fees may be necessary) Staffing fee Use of audio/visual equipment Restrictions Blue Devil Tower is not available for external rental the two (2) days prior to a home football game. All renters of Blue Devil Tower spaces or the Cameron Club must use the exclusive caterer, Trident Provisions. 20

Rules and Restrictions In order to maintain a pleasant environment for all donors and guests, please remember the following guidelines. In addition, donors and guests must comply with the applicable rules for Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium and Cameron Indoor Stadium fans that appear on www.goduke.com/gameday and in the A-Z Game Day Guides. Donors not adhering to rules and regulations may be addressed by management staff or security. 1. Blue Devil Tower crickets and Champions Club passes are the donor s responsibility to reserve, hold, and distribute to guests. If the guest of a donor loses a cricket or pass, the cricket or pass can be replaced only if the donor contacts BDPS or the Duke Athletics Ticket Office to vouch the reissue. 2. Delta Suite Level guests may travel to the DeJoy Family Club. Club Level Suite cricket holders may also travel to the Delta Suite Level. Club and Table Top cricket holders are not permitted access to the Delta Suite Level. 3. Blue Devil Tower cricket holders may exit Blue Devil Tower and travel to other public areas within Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium. Blue Devil Tower cricket holders do not have a seat in the stadium bowl and may be denied access to the seating areas. A validated cricket and undamaged wristband are required for re-entry into the Tower. 4. Champions Club pass holders may exit and re-enter the Champions Club at any time during open hours. A valid Champions Club pass and undamaged wristband are required for re-entry. 5. The Premium Seating Areas will be used only during Duke home games and specified events approved by the Duke Athletic Department. 6. Premium seating patrons agree not to damage, deface, waste or strip any Blue Devil Tower or Champions Club property. 7. Suite holders may not make any alterations to the suite without obtaining written permission from Blue Devil Premium Services. 8. Blue Devil Tower and the Champions Club may not be used for any unlawful purpose. Suite, cricket, or pass privileges may be revoked, suspended or conditioned in the event that the donor or the donor s guests engage in activity which is illegal or in the judgment of the Athletic Department Administration is detrimental to Duke or Duke donors. 9. All Premium Seating guests must respect the rights of other guests and ensure that all activities conducted in the Premium Seating Areas are done so in a thoughtful and courteous manner. Each donor is responsible for the acts and omission of his/her guests. 21

Rules and Restrictions (continued) 10. Blue Devil Tower guests may not throw objects from the balconies. Any person found in violation of this regulation is subject to expulsion. 11. Any Premium Seating guest is subject to removal from Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium or Cameron Indoor Stadium for the following reasons: guest is deemed intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs; guest uses foul language or makes obscene remarks or gestures; under the opinion of stadium officials, or guest is wearing obscene or indecent clothing. 12. A game ticket is required for all individuals with the exception of children two (2) years of age and under. Children two years of age and under may enter Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium and Blue Devil Tower without a ticket but must sit in a parent s lap. 13. Premium Seating patrons are responsible for the behavior of minors using tickets to attend games. Children should be chaperoned at all times and are not allowed to roam around the Premium Areas without supervision. 14. We are concerned about the safety of all premium seating guests, especially children. Unacceptable behaviors such as running, jumping or climbing on furniture, throwing balls, or any other behavior that is disrespectful to other fans and/or Premium Seating property are not permitted. Guests should also take special care to avoid accidents from open Blue Devil Tower Suite windows or Club seat railings. 15. Smoking is permitted in designated areas on the concourse of Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium and outside of Cameron Indoor Stadium. Smoking is not permitted in Blue Devil Tower its outside seating areas, or on the Finch-Yeager Bridge, nor is smoking permitted inside of the Champions Club. Guests may exit Blue Devil Tower to smoke in designated areas on the concourse and re-enter with the proper cricket and wristband. 16. No outside food and beverage is permitted in the Premium Areas. However, patrons may purchase items from the concessions stands and bring them into the Premium Areas. 17. Food and beverages are not permitted to leave the Premium Areas. BDPS staff will ask guests to discard these items prior to entering an elevator or leaving the Premium Areas. If a guest is apprehended with alcohol outside of the Premium Areas, the alcohol will be confiscated and he or she faces potential removal from the facility. 18. Blue Devil Tower and/or the Champions Club may not be used for overnight accommodations. 22

NCAA rules prohibit the presence of prospects or enrolled student-athletes in the University s priority seating areas or press box during a football or basketball game. Premium Area guests shall obey all directives of Duke Athletics and BDPS staff, law enforcement and security personnel with respect to conduct occurring in the Premium Areas. 21. Premium Area cricket, suite, or pass holders are required to familiarize themselves and their guests with all the rules and regulations, policies and procedures applicable to the Premium Areas and to ensure that their guests comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, orders, policies and procedures. 22. The Colonnade Group, Duke Athletics and Duke University are not responsible for personal items left in the Premium Areas. 23. The above rules and regulations are subject to alterations based on requirements and policies established by Duke, the ACC, and the NCAA. 22
