Note: The pinpad must be used with USB Cable Serial #: 296111170 Note: To use the Ingenico isc250 Pinpad you must be using CRE/RPE version 12.6035 or above and the pinpad can have RBA version 1.6.0.0005. The pinpad MUST re-encrypted before the new RBA version can be applied. Note: If CRE/RPE is on version 12.6056 or higher the pinpad must have RBA version 5 or higher. For Apple Pay, the pinpad must be on RBA version 7 or higher and CRE/RPE must be on the latest version. 1 P a g e

Installing the USB Cable Drivers The driver for the USB cable can be downloaded from: http://download2.pcamerica.com/drivers/8/manufacturer/ingenico/ingenicousbdrivers_2.6 0_setup.zip 1. Download the zipped file and extract it. Right click on the file and select Run as Administrator. 2. Select Next. 3 P a g e
3. Select Next. 4. Select Force COM Port Feature to enable it. 5. In the first box under Select by Connection Order, enter the COM port the pinpad will be using (i.e. 15), then select Next. 4 P a g e

Determining which COM port is being used by the USB Cable Even when the USB Serial cable is used, the computer thinks the isc250 is connected to a COM port. To find out which COM port the computer has assigned to the isc250, follow these steps. 1. Open File Explorer from the task bar or open any folder on the desktop. 2. On the left panel, locate and right click Computer then select and left click Manage. 3. Click on Device Manager. If the pinpad appears without the COM port listed, Right-click and select Properties. 7 P a g e
4. Select Advanced 5. Make sure the COM port number selected matches the port that was entered during the driver installation (i.e. 15). 6. Click OK. 8 P a g e
Setting up CRE/RPE for the Ingenico isc250 Pinpad 1. Open CRE/RPE. 2. Select the Manager or Options button. 3. Enter the administrator password (default: admin) where applicable. 4. Select Setup then, Setup Screen. 5. While at the setup screen we will need to go to the Hardware tab. 6. Under PinPad Port select the COM port that the isc250 is connected to (in this example COM15). 7. Under PinPad Type select Ingenico6580/iSC250. 8. Under PinPad Connection select USB. Note: Before the pinpad will display the correct type of interface options (i.e. Please Slide Card, Please Slide Card or Tap) we will need to completely exit the software and then completely disconnect the pinpad (usb and power). This will need to be done AFTER a payment processor has been configured. 9 P a g e
IN ORDER FOR THE INGENICO isc250 PINPAD TO BE SETUP CORRECTLY A PAYMENT PROCESSOR MUST ALSO BE SETUP IN THE SETUP SCREEN. 9. Select Payment Processing under the Processing tab, select Credit/Debit. 10. Under Payment Processor use the dropdown to select the processor you would like to configure. PROCESS DEBIT CARDS THROUGH THIS CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR MUST ALSO BE CHECKED. Note: The only processors that work with the contactless feature are Merchant Warehouse, Mercury, and FirstData (Nashville). 11. You can have cash back on debit card purchases. Select the Other Options tab and then enter a Max Debit Cashback amount. 12. Select Update to save your changes. **At this point we will need to completely exit the software. Initialize PinPad for Use with CRE/RPE 1. Plug in the Pinpad (usb and power), we will then need to wait until the pinpad displays the screen on the left. 2. We will then want to open CRE/RPE and we will have to wait until one of the screens (pictured left) is displayed. 11 P a g e
3. At this point in the installation you should login and perform test Credit and Debit transactions to verify that you are able accept credit and debit cards using the processor you configured. Performing a test Credit Card (Contactless) Transaction with CRE/RPE 1. After an item has been added to the invoice, tap the contactless enabled credit card against the screen of the pinpad. 2. On the Pinpad screen (pictured left) select Credit. 3. At this point the cashier will have to select Pay on the invoice screen. Performing a test Debit Card (Contactless) Transaction with CRE/RPE 1. After an item has been added to the invoice, tap the contactless enabled debit card against the screen of the pinpad. 2. On the Pinpad screen (pictured left) select Debit. 3. You will then be prompted for your Pin number. After entering your pin number press the green Enter key on the pinpad. 15 P a g e
4. If you are not setup to allow cash back on debit purchases then you will be asked to confirm the amount that was charged. 5. If you are setup to allow cash back on debit purchases then you will be asked Cash Back? 6. Select No to not get any cash back. 7. Select one of the cash back amounts listed or select Other to enter a different amount. 8. If Other was selected enter the cash back amount and then select the green Enter key on the pinpad. 16 P a g e
9. You will then be asked to confirm the Cash Back Amount. 10. You will then be asked to confirm the amount for the transaction. 11. At this point the cashier will have to select Pay on the invoice screen. The pinpad will display Processing please wait (pictured left) until Pay is selected.
