Why do I need back jets? R. One of the most common complaints is back pain. Without back jets in a whirlpool system, the system can provide very little relief for this problem. Q. What can go wrong? R. Very little: there are no moving parts in the system other than the pump. The quoted failure rate on pumps is 1 in 1000. (0.1%) Q. What guarantee do I have? R. 2 years on Pumps, Air Blowers, Controls and all fittings. Q. Open pipe(tee piece) under lip of bath (Black tee) R. Its an air intake and must be left open. Q. Where do I connect the water to the system? R. The system is self contained, you just fit as normal. Bath is plumbed as normal bath. Need an electrical supply Q.
