MY PERSONAL VOVINAM HISTORY At the age of 6, I started to train at the location in Nied, Frankfurt. My master at that time, and until today, is Master Trần Đại Chieu. Practicing three times a week, I started doing the first belt examinations and began to start participating at tournaments. I had a lot of fun and put a lot of passion, time and strength into Vovinam. Later on, I was asked to co-lead the group at the TSG Nordwest, also located in Frankfurt. So while I was still learning as a mon sinh in Nied, I was teaching groups of children at TSG Nordwest at the same time. That way, I could gain experience as an instructor, which was very important, not only for me, but also for my master. Therefore, starting 2005, I taught Vovinam at TSG Nordwest and quickly afterwards, I did the belt examination to Hoang Dai. With the new belt and the responsibility coming with it, I also started to instruct at Nied as well. With a short break in between at TSG Nordwest, I have been going to the training lessons at both the locations until today, full of motivation and love for the sports.
