The Forms you have are: 2018 Tournament Request Form - Please complete and return to Mike Vandertuin by Friday December 8, 2017 2018 Summer Request - All premier baseball diamonds except for a few under repair from the fall of 2017 will open on April 30, 2018 - All neighborhood baseball diamonds will open on May 7, 2018 - Fall Requests will be handled on a first come first serve basis. 2017 Registration Summary - This is required to be completed and returned by Friday December 8, 2017. No diamonds will be allocated to you unless we get this information. We can t guarantee that you will receive all of the diamonds and times that you have requested. Once all requests are received I will allocate the tournaments first and then the summer season next.
