Apply wrist restraints to the subject in front with the key holes facing out. 2. Apply leg restraints. Second set of cuffs 3. Secure the waist belt around subject s waist and apply the second set of cuffs.
4. Once belt and cuffs are secured, remove first set of restraints. 5. Place subject s hands in the bags. 6. Pull the slack out of the handcuff strap until the D-ring is out the slot. 7.
