DeMolay: Leveled Up Leadership Issue 5 - September 5th, 2016 BILLBOARD OF BROTHERHOOD State Master Councilor's Message: Hey Hey Everybody! Boy has it been a fantastic summer for Washington DeMolay. Being filled with Chapter, Region, and State activities, Leveled Up Leadership has been definitely seen throughout this season and we are starting to reach a whole new level for DeMolay! WOFAB was an absolute blast! From tossing water balloons in the Mario Kart races, Chomp chomp chomping down on some chili, and an eggcellent showing of Angry Birds, our annual Weekend of Fun and Brotherhood went without a hitch! Talk about a 1-Up! Masonic Youth Day at the Fair was also filled with plenty of pictures, scones, and some great promotion for our Masonic Youth Groups. We're getting noticed and we need to maintain doing that! It was wonderful supporting our Masonic family by attending the Rainbow Dream Camp and Job's Daughters at the Mariners. Sipping on strawberry lemonade, eating some garlic fries, and paying for parking has never felt so good! Gull Dummy can't be forgotten either with its varied sports competitions and outdoor degree.
School is approaching fast, and going back and telling all your friends your wonderful adventures will be a great opportunity to get them involved with DeMolay. Take use of it, get them to Hockey Night and Grand Master's Class, so they can be a part of the greatest fraternity on this planet! Now go out there and level up DeMolay! Fraternally, Luke A. The Masonic Youth Day at the Washington State Fair, was the event to be at! The members of Washington DeMolay were showing off their DeMolay shirts, spirit, and leadership at the fair. At 3:00 PM, all of the organizations joined together to take a group photo. All of our Masonic bodies were at the fair and there were many people wandering to us, what DeMolay, Rainbow, Jobs Daughter's, and Masonry is all about. September 3rd was a day you didn't want to miss because Everything Was Awesome at Masonic Youth Day at the Fair! Hockey Night 2016 Hockey Night this year, will be another State Event that you do not want to miss out on! Register by October 5th, so you can join us. At only $17 per person, that includes dinner, you are getting a night of fun, hockey, dinner and most especially, brotherhood. Ribs, Brotherhood, and voices that couldn't yell anymore. Yeah, that's DLC. This year's Pacific Northwest DeMolay Leadership Conference was one to be remembered. Members from Washington, Idaho, and Southern Washington (or how they call it 'Oregon') gathered together for fun, to learn leadership
abilities, and make friends. Newcomers were taught to cheer for their meals and returners learned valuable life lessons from an old film. That week created bonds that will last a lifetime and helped level up the Pacific Northwest DeMolay to new heights, preparing for the future that awaits us. Don't miss out on next year! Weekend of Fun and Brotherhood was an amazing feat put together by everyone's involvement over the weekend. We were located in Leavenworth in a high quality camp site with many activities to do with our brothers over the weekend. We had kart racing, square dancing, and an Angry Birds movie night. Did we mention there was also a pool and a chili competition? All that attended had fun and we sincerely hope for everyone to attend the rest of the State Events this year so we can be that much closer to leveling up Washington DeMolay. WDU Course of the Month - Representative DeMolay Hey Hey Everyone! This month's course of the month is the Representative DeMolay Award. This amazing course on WDU allows you to enter in, save, and submit all of your work right on the website. This is a new tool that we have released to help make this process easier and more accessible to all. Lets see how many members out their can be truly representative of DeMolay. Remember its the efforts of us all that will make DeMolay great again.
