If there are large numbers, the competition may be split into two levels. Conditions of Entry 1. All events to be run under PCA rules 2. For pony clubs affiliated with PCA 3. Full club uniform to be worn 4. Judges decision is final. 5. All competitors ride at their own risk. In the event of an accident the rider shall not hold Zone 4 Pony Clubs or it s members responsible. 6. Age groups maybe split or combined on the day at the discretion of the organizing committee. 7. Riding helmets as per new 2017 ruling - also must be worn by all riders while on the club grounds. 8. No stallions or rigs allowed on the grounds. 9. Disputes must be lodged within 20 minutes of the event concerned. A $50.00 protest fee will apply. 10. Proof of age maybe required. 11. Excessive use of a whip and spurs will create disqualification. 12. Correct saddle to be worn, surcingle to be worn over single point girths, no saddles with horns. 13. Club with more riders may be asked for more helpers. All riders to be present to accept trophies and prizes in full pony club uniform. If not present the prize will be forfeited.
