Background On September 10, 2015 the Planning Board reviewed and approved a Scope of Work for the Bicycle Master Plan, including the formation of a Community Advisory Group. This group was originally recommended to have 15 members: 7 from invited stakeholder groups and 8 through an application process. Based on the Planning Board s recommendations, the number of members from invited stakeholder groups was increased to 14 for a total of 22 members.
