Hydraulic Slickline Stuffing Box The Hydraulic Slickline Stuffing box serves two purposes; guiding the slickline from the bottom hay pulley into the top of the lubricator rig up and containing well pressure whilst the slickline is either moving or stationary. Wireline Lubricators The Integral Lubricator and Riser sections are designed to act as a chamber for deploying wireline tools into the well whilst under pressure. Wireline Lubricator Section for 5,000 PSI working pressure, H2S service, size 4 ID x 8ft long with threaded 8.375"-4x2thd quick unions top and bottom with thread protectors and bottom with thread protectors and (1) 1/2" NPT (F) port. Provides a safe operating envelope for deployment and retrieval of sown hole tools Can be supplied in various lengths and diameters Available up to 15,000 PSI and H2s rated if needed Manufactured from one piece of steel offering security, serviceability and rigidity Manufactured from one piece of steel No leak paths or additional threads/seals to maintain

Wireline Dual Ram BOP The Dual WL BOP can be used to pack off on slickline or E-line at maximum rated working pressures up to 15,000 PSI, although we would recommend that Triple WL BOP must be used at higher pressures to provide back up and versatility Dual Hydraulic Compact Wireline BOP for 5,000 PSI working pressure, H2S service, size 4 ID and dressed for wire with 8.375"-4x2thd quick unions top and bottom with thread protectors and type C manifold block assembly for grease injection, glycol injection, pressure monitor and equalization. Suitable for both Slickline and E-Line applications Situated above the wellhead, below the lubricator stack Up to 15,000 PSI H2s rated if needed Pack off slickline or e-line at maximum rated working pressures Ability to offer two sets of similarly configured to act as a backup Lower rams are inverted to allow grease injection between the rams The grease injection prevents gas migration through the cable strands Minimizes gas migration Offers a backup for added security Operates at high pressure

Pressure Test Sub The Pressure Test Sub (sometimes called Quick Test Sub) was originally designed to reduce the time spent pressure testing a lubricator rig up, prior to exposing it to live well pressure. In situations where the lubricator has to be tested each time the bottom connection is broken, much time can be lost Quick Union test Sub Assembly for 5,000 PSI working pressure, H2S service, size 4 -ID with 8.375"-4x2thd quick union top and bottom Installed above the Wireline Valve Used as the main connection for making and breaking when changing tools Various pressure ratings and diameters available Available in both Quick Union and Flanged connections Reduces the time spent pressure testing a lubricator prior to exposing it to the live well pressure Allows the lubricator to be tested in isolation from the rest of the rig up by the use of a hand pump Joint integrity can be easily tested as the O ring seal as a pressure test port between them Allows the lubricator to be tested whilst using pressure sensitive equipment such as perforating guns Suitable for all wireline applications Can test in isolation rather than testing the entire rig up Allows the lubricator to be tested when it is being used with other equipment Time saving

Pump in Sub (Tee) The Pump-In Sub (Tees) are designed to provide a large flow fluid entry path into the pressure control equipment for hydrostatic testing or for pumping fluid into the well. Although they have traditionally been situated below the BOP, we recommends that whenever possible they be positioned above the BOP, so that the BOP can act as a barrier in the event of a leak downstream. Used to inject fluid into the wellbore Effective on Hydrostatic testing or for pumping fluid into the well Positioned on top of the BOP will minimize a downstream leak as it acts as a barrier a four bolt flanged joint and prevents the Pump In Tee being threaded or welded to the body Joint is company and easy to use for the operator Minimizes leak downstream No requirement for threading or welding which are potential dangerous methods of joining to the Pump in Tee to the body

Flanged Adapter We supplies Flanged Adapters primarily for connecting wireline Pressure Control Equipment to wellheads, or for connecting a flanged component within a string of Pressure Control Equipment. The most common configuration is with a union box at the top and an API 6A flange at the bottom. However, to connect flanged components gate valves for example within a lubricator string, a flange at the top with a union pin and collar at the bottom is available Connect PCE to Wellheads and for connecting a flanged component within a PCE rig up Used on top and bottom of a piece of flanged equipment. I.e. Gate Valve Flange adapters are offered with every available quick union and API-6A flange Can be used as permanent wellhead cap and can be supplied with a suitable blanking cap assembly Supplied in 4130 or 4140 material and available in a full range of corrosion resistant alloys Supplied with a full range of studs, nuts and ring gaskets Made with high spec material and available in a full range of corrosion resistant alloys

Lifting Clamp We supplies a wide range of Lubricator Lifting Clamps and Spreader Bars, suitable for lifting lubricators and Pressure Control Equipment in a safe and controlled manner. Used to lift the lubricator stack onto the WLV in a safe and controlled manner. Lifting Cap The Quick Union Lifting Caps offer a safe and convenient method of lifting Pressure Control Equipment such as wireline valves, riser sections, etc. It is simply threaded onto the top union of the item to be lifted. The integral eye offers the means of connection to the lifting device. Used to provide a safe means of lifting items such as Wireline Valves, Riser Sections etc. Manufactured with one piece of steel to give absolute security when lifting rather than threaded eyebolts Meets all current lifting regulations Load tested and certified by third party Available for every union Safely manufactured using one piece of steel rather than using threaded eyebolts and reducing the associated risks

Blanking Plug The Quick Union Blanking Plugs are designed to fit into a Quick Union Box and can be used for pressure testing Pressure Control Equipment or for blanking off a wellhead cap. The assembly consists of a quick union collar and a body with an integral test port usually ½ NPT or 9/16 Autoclave High Pressure, depending on the pressure rating. Used for pressure testing Pressure Control Equipment that has Quick Unions fitted. Rated for pressures up to 15,000 PSI if needed Used for blanking off the wellhead cap Fits Quick Union Box Designed in the highest standards to ensure absolute security and safety during testing operations Full tested and certified Designed to the highest standards to ensure absolute security and safety during testing operations at elevated pressures

Test Cap The Quick Union Test Caps are designed to fit into a Quick Union Pin and Collar and can be used for pressure testing Pressure Control Equipment.
