Fundraiser Ideas/Sample Sponsorship Letters Although NVVC s club fees are low compared almost every other volleyball club, $550.00 is still a lot of money! We would like to help you fundraise for the season. Some girls have already begun fundraising, but it s not too late! Here are some fundraising ideas. Metzger Fundraising This is a fundraising opportunity we will be running as a club at the end of November. We sell Cookie Dough and Butter Braid Bread (both are delicious). Each item is sold for $12 and we put $5 of that toward their club fees. Some girls have already raised $70 toward their fees by participating in this fundraiser! Personal Sponsors- Family and friends love to see children in their lives compete in athletics. Don t be scared to ask for help! Attached is a sample sponsorship letter to send out to your loved ones. A template can be copy and pasted from our website, www.northernvalleyvolleyball.com, under the fundraising tab. Business Sponsors- This is a good way to have an on-going sponsor. Businesses see this as a good way to get involved in their surrounding community as well as advertise. There is also a sample business sponsorship letter attached to send out to businesses within the surrounding communities (Woodburn, Gervais, Brookes, Aurora, Donald, Hubbard, etc.) If they have questions regarding tax deductions or advertisement, please direct them to our website under the sponsors tab. You can also locate a template on our website under the fundraising tab.
