Since 1980, NYSEF has ffered annual summer training pprtunities at ur venue. Philsphy Dates Lcatin Grasshpper camps are fr athletes ages 6-14 training n the K20. We will fcus n bth ff hill and n hill skills and techniques t keep athletes engaged in the sprt during the summer mnths. Each camp will feature an ff hill activity n Saturday afternn and a fun cmpetitin Sunday mrning. June 29 th July 1 st, July 13 th -15 th, Aug. 3 rd -5 th, Aug. 17 th -19 th, Aug. 31 st -Sept. 1 st Tp f the ski jumps - 52 Ski Jump Ln, Lake Placid, NY Olympic Training Center - 196 Old Military Rd, Lake Placid, NY Accmmdatins Staff Equipment Cst This is a day camp and accmmdatins must be arranged by parents. NEW YORK SKI EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION ATHLETE CODE OF CONDUCT As a participant in a NYSEF prgram r camp, the athlete must realize that they are a visible representative f NYSEF, the schl they attend and their family. All athletes participating in a NYSEF prgram r camp will be required t fllw this established Cde f Cnduct. 1. All participants are expected t abide by the Rules and Regulatins at their particular venue. Remember yu are a guest at that facility and shuld treat all venue emplyees and public skiers with curtesy and respect. 2. Participants are expected t act under all applicable laws, rules and regulatins 3. Participants are required t wear helmets while skiing r training. 4. Participants are required t cnduct themselves in a sprtsmanlike manner at all times and t treat their team mates with sprtsmanship and respect. 5. Participants must be neatly and prperly dressed. 6. Participants must listen t and be curteus t caches. 7. Participants must be n time fr all activities. 8. Participants must maintain their athletic eligibility by meeting academic standards. 9. Participants must be under the supervisin f NYSEF staff while training r cmpeting. 10. Participants must abide by the NYSEF Bullying Preventin Plicy Guidelines 11. Participants in NYSEF prgrams r camps will be disciplined fr the fllwing infractins: a. Use f tbacc and chewing tbacc b. Use and/r pssessin f alchl c. Use and/r pssessin f narctics, nn-prescriptin drugs r any ther illegal substance d. Behavir that is detrimental t the prgram and/r ther athletes e. Theft f prperty 12. Recmmended disciplinary actins can include: a. Dismissal frm camp/event at cst f athlete/parent b. Suspensin f training privilege fr specific time perid c. Lss f racing privilege fr specific events (if applicable) d. Plice invlvement 13. Athletes wh are dismissed frm a schl r team because f any f the abve infractins will have training privileges suspended. Participants at a camp and/r race will be sent hme immediately. Prgram privileges will be suspended until the situatin is reslved. The Prgram Directr reserves the right t remve the training pass frm a participant if the situatin warrants it. 14. Other disciplinary measures can be taken by the Prgram Directr based n the severity f the situatin.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF USER AND WAIVER IN CONSIDERATION f permissin granted t me by the NYS Olympic Reginal Develpment Authrity ( ORDA ) t use the fllwing facilities; Whiteface Muntain and facilities, Olympic Sprts Cmplex and facilities, MacKenzie-Intervale Ski Jumping Cmplex and facilities, Olympic Center, Sheffield Speed Skating Oval, Lake Placid Cnference Center and facilities, Gre Muntain and facilities, Bellearye Muntain and facilities, and U.S. Olympic Training Center and facilities and equipment and ther lcatins n which ORDA may maintain and manage peratins including but nt limited t: bbsleds, luge sleds, skeletn sleds, tramplines, eur bungee, climbing wall, skis and snwbards (with apprpriate bts) and ski ples, rental equipment (including but nt limited t; skis, bts, ples, snwbards, and helmets), children s sleds, tubes fr sliding, ice skates, hckey sticks, helmets, rifles, curling stnes, muntain bikes, disc glf equipment, all beach related activities and rental equipment, hrses and hrseback riding equipment, rides in r n ORDA vehicles and r equipment, and all inflatable equipment (cllectively referred t as the "Sprt Facilities and Equipment") in Lake Placid, Twn f Nrth Elba, Wilmingtn, Nrth Creek, Twn f Jhnsburg, Highmunt, Twn f Shandaken and Village f Pine Hill all in New Yrk State r any ther lcatin where such equipment may be utilized. I expressly acknwledge: 1. USE OF THE SPORTS FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT IS A HAZARDOUS ACTIVITY WHICH COULD RESULT IN PERSONAL INJURY OR DAMAGE. I acknwledge that use f the Sprts Facilities and Equipment is dangerus and I knwingly assume all risks f persnal injury r damage I may suffer by using the Sprts Facilities and equipment. I further acknwledge that since I am using the Sprts Facilities at my wn risk, the ORDA bears n respnsibility f any nature fr any persnal injury, damage r lss t my persn r prperty arising ut f r resulting frm my visit t the Sprts Facilities and Equipment use. 2.
