TERMS & CONDITIONS Accreditation V8 Supercars Paddock Club guests will receive one individual hard card and lanyard per day. These hard cards provide access to the circuit, V8 Supercars Paddock area and the V8 Supercars Paddock Club. On entry to the V8 Supercars Paddock Club guests will be issued with a wristband entitling them to morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, all day soft drinks and a six hour alcohol package. The Contracting Party indemnifies V8SA and its related bodies corporate from and against all claims, actions, losses (including consequential losses), liability, damage or expenses incurred or sustained by V8SA or its related bodies corporate (including based on any liability to or claims of any third party) arising from any injury or loss suffered, or damage caused, by any guest to which the Contracting Party has (directly or indirectly) supplied a ticket. 9. The V8SA Paddock Club caters for VIP guests and is not open to children under the age of 12 years. Guests are required to conduct themselves in a manner acceptable to V8SA at all times and a smart casual dress code applies (no thongs or singlets). V8SA reserves the right to refuse entry or to remove any guest at its discretion. 10. By purchasing a ticket you understand and agree that V8SA may use and disclose any personal information provided by you for the purpose of conducting the Event and for any other purposes set out in V8SA s Privacy Policy which is available at www.v8supercars.com.au/content/help/privacy/default.asp?ind=. Indemnity V8 Supercars will not be liable for any loss or damage to any item of property brought into the Paddock Club by a guest.
