REGISTRATION REGISTRATION The competitions are strictly reserved to ITSF licensees. Players have to be registered 1 week at the latest before the event. All players will be able to check their registration on the ITSF website : www.tablesoccer.org When sending their online registration, players authorize the release of photograph, video or both, taken of them during the event, to FFFT and ITSF. LIcenSes Registration deadline is : WEDNESDAY, 2nd MAY 2018 INCLUDED No registration will be accepted after this date. Players must have a player s license issued by their own federation to compete in ITSF events - they can have one only -. Please contact your federation for detail. Registration and payment must be done by your federation through FAST software only. Additionally, all male Juniors are allowed to play Open Singles and all female Juniors are allowed to play Women Singles on Friday! Juniors are not allowed to play Open AND Junior Singles and. Referees receive payment based on their level and number of matches officiated. This fee does not guarantee a referee for all matches. There is no referring during qualification rounds. In elimination, if no referee after 10 minutes, the match must start. All Referees must wear ITSF referee shirt displaying their referee level. An official clinic will be held on Friday at 7.30 PM. COMPETITION FORMATS team warm up FORMAT - 4 players make a team - Each player will play between 2 and 4 times in Double ONLY - A match is one game first to 21 points. 20/20 is a tie in qualification or penalty in elimination - After 5 balls are played (5-0 - 4-1 or 3-2), a new double enters the game until the end of the match - No time out during a match - For each match, players are registered in order A, B, C and D. are then playing in this order: AB - CD - AC - BD (and repeat in this order) - Team registration directly on FAST Scoresheet is available HERE SWISS S YSTEM FORMAT The qualifications competitions will be played under the Swiss system : - Team Warm Up (See format above) - Open, Women, Junior and Senior - Open Singles, Women, Junior and Senior - Mixed Qualification FORMAT The first round is drawn at random but includes seeded players as the following : - 50 % of teams will be protected in the first round according ITSF ranking. - Top 12 Men and Top 4 Women, junior and Senior will be protected in the second round according to ITSF rules. For the following round, the software draws the first of the ranking against the next in the ranking who wasn t an opponent until then. (Example: 1 vs 2, 3 vs 4 and so on; if 1 vs 2 played already 1 vs 3, 2 vs 4, 5 vs 6 and so on). At the qualification time limit, we will just finish the round to be sure all players have played the same number of matches. Number of matches played will depend on tournament progression and player performance. We only need the winner to give his name (NOT the score) or both teams can announce a tie. Qualification match format is one game to 8 (7:7 draw) Ranking will be based on teams points then total points of your opponent following by total points of the opponent of your opponent. B1 stands for points of my opponent and B2 stands for points of the opponent of your opponent. If there is still a tie, we ll see the best opponent ranking that you played against. Élimination FORMAT 100% of players will be qualified in different divisions. 60% in Pro and 40% in semi-pro. The members of the highest division (Pro) play for the championship of the event, the following division (semi-pro) plays for the ranking. Groups ranking will be gathered and will determine the final ITSF ranking. Elimination match format is SKO 3/5. First to 5 per game (2 points difference up to 8 maximum on the latest game) page 4

PENALTY TEAM - Each team has to choose 4 players (player n 1 to n 4). Player n 1 shoots against player n 1...etc (1 shoot/player) - Only one draw. The winner choses to shoot first or to defend - Each player will shoot and defend. 1 goal = 1 point. The team which has most points after 4 shoots win the match. In case of tie score after 4 shoot, dead head will be setup by begining with player n 1 (team win as soon as duel between 2 players is won) - Both players have 30 seconds to prepare to shoot. No overtime allowed. - The 4 players of the same team will play on the same side of the table. Only handle of 3 bars can be change. The 4 players are in 5 elements: Double 1 (D1), Single 1 (S1), Single 2 (S2), Double 2 (D2) and Double 3 (D3). Each player plays in two elements: - the 4 players in D1, S1 and S2 are different players. - the same 4 players in D2 and D3. The match is a relay: - Element 1 (Double 1) plays until one of the 2 formations has 4 points. - Element 2 (Single 1) plays until one of the 2 formations has 8 points. Element 3 (Single 2) plays until one of the 2 formations has 12 points. - Element 4 (Double 2) plays until one of the 2 formations has 16 points. - Element 5 (Double 3) plays until one of the 2 formations has 20 points (victory) Draw : live at the final zone. Team leaders will have to stand at 2pm at the final zone. Eliminations: If 4 or less teams: 2 winning sets. Penalty if tie (20/20) at last set. If 4 or more teams: 1 winning set.
