Intensity Scale 1 = Beginner 2 = Intermediate 3 = Advanced Fitness Programs TABATA Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training workout featuring exercises that last 4 minutes. STEP CLASS (2-3) In the blink of an eye, you will be transported to choreography, rhythm, direction and spins using a step. Come join the fun! CORE YOGA & ABS/ LIVING YOGA (1-3) Designed to improve core strength with the most creative strengthening exercises yoga has to offer. ZUMBA (1-3) This flavorful class dishes up a delightful combination of comfortable dance choreography, salsa, and funky Latin groove. ASHTANGA/VINYASA YOGA This dynamic, physically demanding practice synchronizes breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. Ashtanga Yoga with its many vinyasas is great for building core strength and toning the body. TRIPLE THREAT (2-3) Blast your cardio, strength and core fitness to the next level. This class combines fun cardio with specific muscle and core conditioning that will be tailored to fit the class from week to week. STRENGTH (1-3) Work your muscles in every way possible. This class is designed to build strength, add definition, increase your bone density and decrease your body fat by increasing your lean muscle. No muscle gets neglected in this class. 4

Recreational Swims Recreational Swims Subscribers privileges include all recreational swims (open and subscribers). Adult swims are for those over the age of 18. Lane swimming is restricted to those over the age of 13. To encourage family participation, children must be with a parent in the water during family swim times. All children under the age of 8 yrs. must be accompanied by an adult in the water. Comfortable in deep water. SWIMMING SKILLS ASSESSMENT You want to enroll your child in our swimming lessons but aren t sure what level to put them in? That is no problem for us! We offer FREE assessments Mon.-Fri. 4-6 pm. Just bring your child onto the pool deck (with bathing suit on) and ask for the Deck Supervisor (they wear a blue tank top) or one of the Lifeguards. Let them know why you are there and inform them of your child s age. They ll assess his/her skills in a mere 5-10 minutes and recommend what level to put your child in. It s that easy! 14
