Together with assistants they live in ordinary houses, with choices in and access to work, therapy and local resources. Instructions to participants: Multiple entries are encouraged. Up to date scores of participants will be published as the competition progresses on the PDG Helicopters website http://www.pdghelicopters.com/about-us.html For each team to qualify for the various group stages: (selection form overleaf) Choose any 16 teams that you expect to qualify for the round of 16 Choose any 8 teams that you expect to qualify for the quarter finals Choose any 4 teams that you expect to qualify for the semi finals Choose any 2 teams that you expect to qualify for the final Choose 1 team as the winner For each group match (A F) forecast: Select either: Or: Team A or B as the winner and the goal difference (winning margin) 'X' for a draw and the goals scored per team Enter the highest and lowest goal scoring groups and highest goal scoring team: Choose the highest goal scoring group (A F) Choose the lowest goal scoring group (A F) Choose the highest goal scoring team (excl penalty shoot outs) Please ensure that you choose the correct number of teams for each round of the competition.
