Vanderbilt Baseball Bullpen Club The Bullpen Club was founded by former players in 1991 to support the Vanderbilt Baseball program. The organization provides an opportunity for alumni, fans and friends of Vanderbilt to contribute to the program and is composed of a variety of individuals who share a common desire to support the coaches and players as they continue to build one of the nation s premier college baseball programs. The objective of the Bullpen Club is not only to help build a top-tier college baseball program but also to support the whole student-athlete. While the coaches and players are proud of their success, they also believe the best days of Vanderbilt Baseball are ahead. We hope you will help with this effort by joining the Bullpen Club today. The began in 2005 and represents the highest membership level of the Bullpen Club for those donating $1,000 or more. The annual proceeds from donations are used to directly support Vanderbilt baseball student-athletes, coaches and staff. Since its inception, the has helped to purchase additional training equipment, supplement the travel budget and acquire additional items that allow the coaches and players to reach their highest potential.
Take a look at how your contributions have enhanced the Vanderbilt Baseball program Omaha Challenge Board The Omaha Challenge Board pays homage to the past winners of the yearly Omaha Challenge, the week-long event that tests each player s speed, strength, conditioning and endurance. One hitter and one pitcher are crowned champion every winter. Facility Branding Facility branding showcases the team s top-notch facilities and successful program heritage. Visuals celebrate our former student-athletes and their accomplishments, while boosting morale and promoting Commodore pride for our current team. Video Room Located off of the batting cages, our video room can seat up to 20 players. It helps prepare our team for game day by allowing players to view video of opposing hitters and pitchers, as well as game footage of themselves hitting and pitching. Hawkins Field Training Room The training room, located directly behind the Vanderbilt dugout, allows our players to receive on-site treatment and care. The recent addition of the therapy tub and smoothie bar also aids in preparing our student-athletes for the first pitch.
