3. Composition/information on ingredients This product contains the following substances that present a hazard within the meaning of the relevant State and Federal Hazardous Substances regulations. Ingredient/Chemical Designations Weight % GHS Classification Notes Surfactant Blend CAS Number: Proprietary Sodium citrate CAS Number: 0000068-04-2 1.0-10 [1] 1.0-10 [1] [1] Substance classified with a health or environmental hazard. [2] Substance with a workplace exposure limit. [3] PBT-substance or vpvb-substance. *The full texts of the phrases are shown in Section 16. 4. First aid measures 4.1. Description of first aid measures General Inhalation Eyes Skin Ingestion In all cases of doubt, or when symptoms persist, seek medical attention. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Remove to fresh air, keep patient warm and at rest. If breathing is irregular or stopped, give artificial respiration. If unconscious place in the recovery position and obtain immediate medical attention. Give nothing by mouth. Irrigate copiously with clean water for at least 15 minutes, holding the eyelids apart and seek medical attention. Remove contaminated clothing. Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water or use a recognized skin cleanser. If swallowed obtain immediate medical attention. Keep at rest. Do NOT induce vomiting. 4.2. Most important symptoms and effects, both acute and delayed Overview ROUTES OF EXPOSURE: Exposure may be by INGESTION, INHALATION and/or SKIN or EYE contact, depending on conditions of use. To minimize exposure, follow recommendations for proper use, ventilation, and personal protective equipment. EFFECTS OF OVEREXPOSURE: Irritation of eyes, skin and upper respiratory system. SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF OVEREXPOSURE: Headache, dizziness, nausea, and loss of coordination are indications of excessive exposure to vapors or spray mists. Redness and itching or burning sensation may indicate eye or excessive skin exposure. MEDICAL CONDITIONS AGRAVATED BY EXPOSURE: Pre-existing respiratory, skin and eye disorders. See section 2 for further details. Page 2 of 10

5. Fire-fighting measures 5.1. Extinguishing media Non-flammable 5.2. Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture Hazardous decomposition: Carbon Monoxide and Carbon Dioxide 5.3. Advice for fire-fighters Use water spray to keep fire-exposed containers cool. If a spill has ignited, use water spray to disperse the vapors. Use a water spray to flush spills away from a fire and to dilute spills to non-flammable mixtures. Do not flush into a storm drain or public sewer. Do not direct a solid stream of water or foam into hot, burning pools; this may cause frothing and increase fire intensity. Use self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) and proper personal protection clothing. There are no known unusual fire and explosion hazards associated with this material in its virgin form. However, in a firefighting scenario involving multiple chemicals, fire fighters should be aware of possible synergistic effects and attack the fire accordingly. ERG Guide No. ---- 6. Accidental release measures 6.1. Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures Read entire label before using and follow all label directions. 6.2. Environmental precautions Use good personal hygiene practices. Wash hands before eating, drinking, smoking or using toilet. Promptly remove soiled clothing and wash thoroughly before reuse. 6.3. Methods and material for containment and cleaning up Wipe, scrape or soak up contents in an inert material. Pick up spill for recovery or disposal and place in a closed container 7. Handling and storage 7.1. Precautions for safe handling Keep out of reach of children. Do not take internally. Do not consume food, drink or smoke while handling this product. 7.2. Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities Keep from freezing. Avoid storage in high temperatures or near open flame. Store in dry cool place. Exposure controls Respiratory Eyes Skin If workers are exposed to concentrations above the exposure limit they must use the appropriate, certified respirators. Wear safety glasses with side shields. Wear chemical goggles when possibility for splashing exists. Wear overalls to keep skin contact to a minimum. Wear chemical resistant gloves to keep skin contact to a minimum, Page 4 of 10

Engineering Controls Other Work Practices See section 2 for further details. - [Prevention]: Provide adequate ventilation. Where reasonably practicable this should be achieved by the use of local exhaust ventilation and good general extraction. If these are not sufficient to maintain concentrations of particulates and any vapor below occupational exposure limits suitable respiratory protection must be worn. Use good personal hygiene practices. Wash hands before eating, drinking, smoking or using toilet. Promptly remove soiled clothing and wash thoroughly before reuse. 9.
